Nice comfortable headset for both talking on the phone, and listening to music. I've paired the headset to my iPhone via Bluetooth and to my laptop for my VOIP phone with the included dongle. It's easy to switch back and forth with just a flip of a switch. Great battery life. Sound quality from either source is good, and you have volume/mute/play-pause control all on the right ear. I travel for work a lot, and they feel a little flimsy for being tossed in my computer bag with everything else. I do like the fact that the dongle can be stored in the left ear so it doesn't get lost.

The sound quality has been better than expected. The ease at which I can swap between computer use and the Bluetooth connection and the wireless range are great!

Excellent headset, light weight and it's wireless blue tooth, so I don't have to worry about plugging in and I can save it for any other device. The sound is clear and I don't hear background noise. It's a great headset. I purchased it on sale and saved more because of the bundle.

This headset is not a "pro" gamer set but it works all the same. I love the fact that it can be either Bluetooth or USB based on two (or more?) different devices (of course, not at the same time) with the switch allowing Bluetooth or USB options. I have this connected to both my iPhone SE and work laptop and can switch between the two as needed. The headset even comes with a compartment to house the USB connector if you don't need to use that connection for extended time frames.

I bought this to use while working from home but was also looking for a headset that could be used with a variety of devices. Since it has Bluetooth as well as a dongle, it can be used across all of my devices - work PC, home PC, phone, laptop and tablet. The Bluetooth can remember up to 7 devices. A plus is that is folds up in a smaller size. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the springiness that holds to my head is a little light which allows it to slip a bit when I bend my head down. And the charging cord is a bit short - I just use my longer phone cord if it needs a charge while being used.

I spent a very long time trying to get these headphones to work because Logitech's advertising makes it appear that you only need one USB plug to run several devices, but the truth is that the headphones require their own plug. So, now that you know that you cannot use one USB plug for everything, you can decide whether Logitech is good for you. I have top of the line keyboard and mouse from them, but I bought all of it thinking I would only use one USB plug. Each individual item is very nice. There are better units out there but not better values. If someone asked, I would explain the above issue and then assuming that the do not have to have a truly mobile office, recommend these headphones.

I am using the wireless headset to listen to my school work. I can multitask while listening as the headset picks up in many rooms of the house and even outside.

I needed something to quickly test Bluetooth compared to wired and these fit the bill. Sound quality was great. Comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Overall a decent headset. Fit isn't as comfortable as my arctis 7's of course but for use as a call center type headset they work well.

This is my wife's headset. She loves the bluetooth capability to work with her computer. She works on online projects and this makes the collaboration much easier.

These headphones are great for any voice over chat, such as Skype or Discord. They also work great for use with iPads for the same type of chat, since these are Bluetooth enabled.

The sound quality is great, good construction. The only set back is the battery life. If they aren't plugged in they have to be recharged every day or two if you use them a lot.

I usually buy Bose headphones but was looking for something a little more cost effective. These headphones work great. Good sound and hides the noise around you.

Use the headset for Skype meetings at work. The USB dongle works great for people who have work computers that do not allow active Bluetooth. A switch allows you to quickly link to either Bluetooth or to the dongle. The connection has been fast an reliable. Have been able to walk to at least 30-40 ft away in an open area while maintaining a connection.

This headset gets daily use as I work from home. They are comfortable, clear, and up to the task. My challenge is remembering to shut the em off as I came from a plugged in only set.

This is my everyday headset. Comfortable to wear all day and the sound quality is good for general office/Zoom/Teams use (I'm not a gamer). I bought it in November 2019 and carried it back and forth to the office until the lockdown started in March 2020 so it's not too fragile to travel.

I got these to work with my iPhone for conference calls and to listen to music. Best gift to myself ever. Clear sound and mic is good quality. Highly recommend

Great range and microphone quality. For the price I do feel like they could've made a better looking unit. But, it works great and I have no complaints other than the aesthetics.

I needed a new set of wireless headphones with a good microphone for work. My previous had finally died an early death. Like the new Logitech H800's!
