quality in wireless (bluetooth or with dongle) comes at a price usually. these are affordable, sound good and maintain a connection with bluetooth or hte included transciever.

Good audio and deadens other sounds. Not sure what else to say about this product but required to have 50 characters minimum!

I find these perfectly acceptable for my needs. Appreciate the comfort of wear.

great headset for WFH setup. You can switch between PC or bluetooth mobile device. Great for Zoom/Teams video conferences. Very light.

Bought these as a replacement for a wired headset. I was tired of constantly getting tangled in the wires of my old set. Sounds good to me, but I wasn't expecting audiophile quality sound from this set. Haven't used the microphone, that's not something I tend to use. A plus to this headset is the bluetooth connectivity, which I hadn't realized was a feature

All I can say is that I love my wireless headset! The comfort and noise reduction is works wonderfully. I’ve already recommended to my co-worker.

I have a pretty big head and these headphones fit with no problem. I was expecting something a little more sturdy than these are, but they work wonderfully. Easy to connect, charge and use. They work with Microsoft office 365 like a charm and with Dictate Dragon too.

Its an ok product for its price. It gets the job done. But the noise cancelling part is not as efficient.

The headset works fine. My only gripe is that it can't also pair it with other devices like a tablet or phone

This a great headset for work conference calls! I am able to switch from VOIP to cell phone without missing a beat. Sound quality is good and I never have issues with people hearing me.

BestBuy matched best Internet price! The headset works great with my laptop using wireless usb adapter and with my Samsung phone via Bluetooth. I like the storage compartment inside headset to store the USB plug.

It works as I thought, but the volume was not as loud as previous Bluetooth devices I have had for calls.

When used with the included USB port adapter this head set works very well. I use it with Skype for business, the sound is very clear and I get good reports from people listening to me.

Sound quality is good, battery life lasts a business day without recharging- range could be better when away from the computer, but so far this has not been a problem

I bought this item to use to work from home. The quality was excellent! But after a few days, I noticed that every time I put the earphones on I would get a headache. I then take them off and use another pair of earphones and the headache would leave. I would take an Excedrin and then put on another set than I was fine, so I then tried a whole day with the other set and no headache. put the logi h800 back on the following day, the headache came back, I tried for a week and a half still using them because they were clear and plug and play!,no static, only thing they did not last the whole 8 hr day. I constantly take calls. so I found my self miserable working had to return! I than purchased the plantronics 5200 uc ,I have absolutely no problems with headaches
