I bought this headset primarily for language learning, given that my computer's microphone was inadequate. It's done very well all around. Understanding that the device is easy to use, the instructions for it could be more complete.

Ok, I love the headset, but I hate the foam around the ears - I can feel my ears getting hot which by the second call I ripped them off my head and made my way back to Best Buy, thank God they take returns! I was so hoping that this was the ticket... but no. If you don't have a problem with your ears getting hot, then this is for you, if you are like me - I would have rather imitation leather than the foam. For $90.00 I was expecting a little bit better.

I purchased this product for a online class I am taking and it works great. I am able to hear the teacher and other students well. I have even used it to make phone calls.

Performed wonderfully right out of the box. Took it out, plugged in the transmitter and on a phone call in 5 minutes. Bluetooth works equally well.

My doctor loves this headset for dictating reports. He said it drowns out background noise for him with the headphones and the microphone is great.

Good product. The charging cord is shorter than on the previous model but comfortable and easy to use.

Works good after a week started losing Connection and then started working again. Battery last about 6 1/2 hrs. Make sure you turn off before charging.

I use these for conference calling, VoIP, and listening to music. The range using the USB is about 10-15 feet before it starts cutting out. I can get through about 1-2 hour conference call as well prior to the batter starting to die.

I needed a new headset but I wanted to try a wireless version. This one was recommended and I am glad I took the salesperson's suggestion. Great buy!.

I love this headset. It is very comfortable and not only is it a usb wireless headset; it is Bluetooth as well. I can use it with my iPhone's and my iPads.

I just hate that the battery runs out fast and I have to be charging it half day of my shift at work. I do like that it’s easy to mute and higher the volume

Works well but seems very flimsy. Did have trouble pairing with Bluetooth on my system and had to use the dongle. Once the dongle was used everything seemed to work fine and connect correctly.

I bought this headset 4 years ago and it's still going strong - works great, ear pieces are still comfy, the mic picks up sound very well.

I purchased these to use with a dv amateur radio application and have received excellent comments re audio quality...very good receive quality also.very pleased..

My wife got these for her computer, I work nights and she can listen to music and the computer while I sleep and it does not bother me. The sound is very clear.
