This product does what it says. I like the fact that I can switch from phone to laptop quickly.

Our computer recognized them and they worked the way they were supposed to.

The headphones are performing good for what I need. The shipment did not include the instructions for setup, initial charging. I had to find those on the internet.

Through Windows 8.1, every easy installation by BlueTooth. Good battery life, and fair range, though some barriers (like a door momentarily closing) will disturb the signal.

Works well. These sit in your ears, so they can be annoying after wearing for a long time. They're OK for meetings of a few hours at a time.

We wanted a high end wireless headset with microphone. works very wel, allows mobility I need. Only minor issue is that sometimes one USB port doesn't seem to work with it quite right. May need to reload drivers and try again.

I am not sure if it is just this one or the entire line but functionally this is not Logitech's best work. The charge doesnt last as long as indicated and the sound quality is not the greatest either. With BT, I should be able to move 30 feet easily but with this set if I am moving at all or more than 10ft away I get static and lost signal. The foam headset is really rough and bothersome as well

They are not fancy or luxurious, but they do the job and they are reasonably priced. It's nice to be able to not use the cord. The only annoyance is that the usb chip is so small that it's easy to lose.

Purchased these for my husband for work. He likes them. They work well

I expected, likely quite innocently, that the microphone would perform better despite being Bluetooth. I had (frustrating) difficulty with both connecting it with my computer and when I was able to connect, the sound quality of my recordings were subpar. I went with a Blue Yeti microphone (superior device) for my computer recordings and am quite happy with that. That is not to say that this does not work well as a headset (Logitech is a top brand in the field and has been very good with other tech I've bought) - just it was not the match for what I needed to accomplish.
