This is a great headset I had the same one before it went out. However I was operating a PC and now I have a Mac. For some reason the Bluetooth wasn't connecting which is the whole reason I bought this headset. After a few calls to Logitech they recommended I return the headset for another one. That was not an option at the time so thankfully I'm familiar with some IT stuff and was able to work out the kinks. Took a few frustrating days but now it works.

Love this,not good at doing this but they are good

I enjoy having both ears covered and it fits great. When I walk around the house listening to music sometimes I get static. I am having trouble readjusting everytime I go in and out of Zoom meetings. There is not set way. Also no instructions came just a tiny, tiny brochure I could not read they may have had something to do with the warranty.

Good product but feels cheap and set up is not the easiest process

Bought these sine i had such good luck with logitech products before and wanted to try to add some mobility to my computing. They quit working exactly 30 days after purchased. Since I was outside the 15 day return policy, I was forced to deal with Logitech customer service. It took 3 months for them to tell me i would have to return them. Then another month to send the return shipping label. I've since bought a wireless headset from another mfg. What a waste of $80.00

Useful for long on-line conversations (Skype, etc.) - a bit like a Time/Life operator feel, but sound is good.

Love my new headphones. They are Very comfortable.

Battery lasts a long time and phone paired to them easily.

I use these headphones for virtual work meetings. They work well and are basically plug and play. I wish the headphones had a place to store the little USB piece so that it won’t get lost when I’m not using them.

My wife uses it for online schooling. She loves it and doesn't have any complaints.

This is a good set for daily use at desk, however if you are prone to pacing during conference calls...this set will cut out within 25'...fyi

Logitech has thought of everything in producing this product, even a little storage slot for the wireless thumb drive to live when not in use.

It is good headset as long as you use it with USB. If you use with Bluetooth, it is hit and miss. Another thing is it does not have auto shut off. I forgot to turn off, it was dead overnight when I needed in the morning for the meeting.

This headset feels great on the ears and easy to use.

The headset is great for the most part. However, i experienced issues with bluetooth connection with recording. The voice was inaudible. I called Logiitech customer service. The made me to spent an hour to perform test on Windows 7 and Windows 8 . Finally they sent me a replacement headset that worked. The quick user guide is useless as it doesn't explain how to turn the headset bluetooth device searchable. They ask you to go their website to find. That is crazy
