Marginal Performance

Could not get the Bluetooth to work even had my I T people working on it. Got one to work on the dongle. Battery only lasted a few hours. Had to plug in charger. So much for wireless. Returned both of them. Ended up getting a Jabra from a different retailer (not carried by Best Buy). Very happy with it.

Not great

Window 10 Problems

Curbside pickup was poor

Another 10 minutes I went online a second time. Rep came out and when I asker her what took so long, she sarcastically said I needed to click the button saying I was there. I explained I did it twice and how would I have known to wait 5-10 minutes

Worked Great for a Week

I have been through at least 4 pair of these & had to return them. I really like them & wish they would last for more than a week or so. Just wish they lasted longer. Any suggestions would be great

Doesn't work well with Webex and MS teams

Sometimes people used to tell me that they can't hear me. Finally returned it.
