    Great Headset

So, first all of the good. The headset is easy to set up and use. It has very clear sound/good range. It has pretty good range (distance) as well. I used it with my phone and my old laptop. Additionally, it charges really quick and the charge lasts for quite a long time. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear as well. The only downside (pretty big actually). It does not work with windows 8/8.1 currently. So, I tried to use it with my new computer, and it wouldn't recognize it. Of course, when I actually went to the website for support, it stated that. So, I couldn't mark it down since it provided what it said it was supposed to provide. Great headset. I would definitely recommend unless you're using windows 8/8.1.

    only missing one thing

I love this device. It has excellent sound quality, it's comfortable to wear, and the microphone works great. It is missing one thing to be perfect in my mind... the unifying receiver. Hopefully the next generation has that built in. being able to switch between my tablet (Bluetooth) and computer(wireless receiver) is extremely convenient, but as ports decrease having a receiver for my mouse and keyboard(unify) and this device is annoying. I would still recommend this product to anyone looking for a office handset that is reasonably priced and works great. To top it off it has Bluetooth and a traditional wireless receiver which is really nice.

Overall great headset. Comfortable, I can hear well and clear speaking. Had a problem using headset with GoToMeeting (A citrix product). Everything worked find in the sound check, but when meeting started, nothing worked. I had to completely uninstall/install 3 times before it finally worked.

The only application that I had issues with is Skype for Business. It is not recognized by the software. Other wise all other applications work. The headset does get tiring after a few hours. The weight of the headset can be a tiring after a few hours.

Easy to setup on my Imac and Mac Pro. Unfortunately I'm unable to sync it to my Ipad. I would give it a five if it weren't for that.

I needed this for my business laptop. However, I coould never get it to work with that one which is a Dell. Instead, it kept syncing with my Macbook Pro personal computer. It didn't really come with instructions and was just wonky. I returned it and thankful that Best Buy made that easy.

Good for most things, but lacking in others

I really wanted a pair of headphones/microphone that could do it all and work with everything. What it does, it does very well, but it's lacking on some front. Build Quality: Seem a bit flimsy. Very light, and ear pads are not the thickest or highest quality. It seems like they could break pretty easily, but so far, so good. The microphone is made of rubber, and that part is good, so I can move it around without breaking it. Sound Quality: Actually, it was surprisingly good. Let's not get crazy here, these are not audiophile quality headphones by any means, but they sounded better than I expected. Microphone also sounded good and picked my voice up loud. Used with both USB and Bluetooth, and didn't have any issues with clicking others have reported. Maybe I lucked out, or maybe they fixed it. Can't be sure. Comfort: The flimsy aspect actually comes in handy here. They are very light and very comfortable. Wish the ear padding was a bit thicker, but I guess I can always replace that if I'm going to wear them for 8 hours at a time (which I could when playing my PS3 :-) Compatibility: This is where it's really hit or miss. On the PS3, it ONLY SENDS OUT VOICE INFORMATION. You will NOT get game music or sound effects through these headphones. I tried using both the USB and Bluetooth on PS3, and both worked well, but only for voice/chat. Bluetooth was not seen by my iPad or iPhone at all. Tried both to no avail. HUGE disappointment, as I was hoping to use it for Skype on my iPad. On PC and Laptop, it worked great! Conclusion: Overall, for the price, not bad at all. Wish it worked on iPad and that I could get game sound from my PS3, but I think that's a PS3 limitation, not the headphones, as I have yet to find one that does.
