    Just go online and look ... the device is not supported for Windows 8. You could never tell this by looking at the box. Very disappointing product.

    unreliable bluetooth connection even at 5 ft

    Bluetooth dongle broke after first removal from USB port. Headphones couldn't keep Bluetooth connection reliably even at 5 feet. Delay noticeable in lip sync when the headphones worked.

    Horrible Headset - Don't Buy

    I have a Macbook Pro and purchased this headset for a little more than I was planning on spending because it's supposed to have a noise cancelling Mic and easily connect via bluetooth to your phone and computer and also switch between devices with ease as well; it does not. It takes forever to connect to my computer, the Mic is ABSOLUTELY NOT noise cancelling - people can hear things 15 feet away from me, the USB connector simply does not work and overall, this is just a very poor product. Do not buy this headset.

    Got these for both gaming and use for computer. wanted something that was cordless which these are good for. The mic quality was good for recording/chat. But the sound quality was very poor. Then a couple days after purchasing them the right ear started crackling/ shorted out. I retured them for a different brand.

    Microphone stopped working

In addition, try using a different USB port on your computer.     DOES NOT work with Nintendo Switch after update

    We bought these specifically to work with the Nintendo Switch and Fortnite for our son. However, after an update (I think with Fortnite) the mic doesn't work. This seems to be the problem with MANY headsets. From what we have found, a wired headset is the only way to go if you want to spend less than $100.

    I purchased this item for work and had to return it the audio was absolutely horrendous. It kept glitching on me. One of the supervisors told me to get a new set!!

    When it works, it works well. However after only a few months of use the mic mute button has stopped working properly. It now mutes itself at random times, and the button on the headset doesn't work consistently.

    To be honest, for the price you are paying you should at least be getting decent mic quality, the headphone also wears out pretty quickly

    Sigh. Bluetooth Pairing Never Worked
