I like the way in which it is designed to fit with ease and comfort

I work from home in a call center. Loved that they’re wireless so I felt less confined in my job area. Sound quality is amazing, callers could hear me perfectly. The only con for me which is why I returned them was that they would not last charged for at least 8 hours, it says it has 30 hour battery life but would die at about half way through my 8 hour shift. Other than the battery life, they worked great

Can hear great. Easy connection. Good range. 4 stars because it’s not excellent on comfort but I wear it 8 hours a day.

Wish the battery lasted longer--need it to last at least 5 hours.

I have a lot of meetings via skype, this headset allows me to participate in the call and not be tied to my laptop. The quality of the sound is great, i wish i had made this purchase sooner.

I bought this headset for use for work calls. It's good in most aspects such as call quality and music playback. I have however had some issues with it not responding when I hit the answer/end call button, which has caused my phone to become unresponsive.I have an iPhone 6s Plus, but I believe the issue has been resolved as of this posting.

My son does a lot of online gaming and he connects with friends to test Beta software so he needs a good headset with a microphone. He likes to go wireless to give him some mobility. This model has a good rating and works well for about 2 years before it starts having issues. The biggest problem is the charging system, the plug that goes into the headset will not go into the charge port and if you force it in any way, you have a problem.

Very clear voices over ear set and clearly understood by others when speaking. This headset was very easy to use after usb chip was installed it began to set up for listening and talking to carry on conversations I have been very satisfied with this product as well as the very helpful assistance from the Best Buy associate who was able to provide a lot of useful information when comparing it with other available headphones.

This Logitech H800 Wireless Headset provides a simple connection via wireless USB or Bluetooth pairing. The sound quality is good both on the boom microphone as well as the headset speakers. There are multiple controls on the side for volume, call pickup, mute, play/pause, and next/previous track rocker switch. I have used several Logitech products and I am very pleased by this product and the brand as a whole.

Great for Zoom! I now work primarily from home and am in Zoom all Day. I originally bought an expensive noise-canceling headset but my coworkers had trouble hearing me. With the low-tech brand that cost 130 dollars less they have no difficulty understanding me. Plus after an 30 minutes, my ears aren't getting hot these Logitech are really comfortable almost like I am not wearing a headset at all. The 4 stars is only because I am uncertain of the build quality.

It automatically connects to my laptop through the USB connector and when I use my cell phone I switch it to Blue Tooth with the flip of a switch. I wish that switch was a little more evident when the unit is on my head. I can mute my mike when I am on the phone by touching a button. I can answer calls with another button. I have total control of music on my laptop and on my phone (music files, iHeart Radio, etc..) The sound is great!!

It is very easy to setup and works with both USB dongle and Bluetooth. Also the USB dongle is tied to the set so you can use more then one in a house. I have 2 no issues.

Happy with this headset. Audio is very good and I love the freedom to move around the room while I use. Quality is very good. May get a second set for trips to use with tablet.

sound pretty good, but with they were more compact

Purchased these for work in a call center. Battery life is pretty good. Would give the headset 5 stars, but they are not the best at noise cancelling and had to purchase a $15 bluetooth adapter on Bestbuy.com to get them to really work properly with a good range. Overall definitely satisfied with the purchase.
