I would have given this 5 stars if the battery lasted all day. I recharge during lunch break and it works. Range is decent.

Sometimes a little clunky switching between Bluetooth and direct to computer, but otherwise works well. Decent price.

I just started going back to school with the current Fall semester and I was surprised when one of my courses required a headset in order to suppress unnecessary background noise as much as possible. So I had a weekend to place my order and arrived just a few days later, right in time for class. The headset is SO EASY to use. Straightforwardly is rechargeable by wire and the charge lasts for plenty of hours for tasks. The small mike can be adjusted for purposeful use, as moving it out of the way to use as regular headphones if need be. Bluetooth is an option and connects fast, but my go-to is based on the usb router that you easily click into a usb port for fast connection. Also includes a storage slot for it hidden in one of the sides, making easy to never lose the router. Then on the other side of the headphones, it is easy to control volume or put your mike on mute/not with a press of the symbols. Totally would recommend.

So far so good !! Something I really love about this product is its flexibility for using it with different devices and its wireless feature.

These wireless headphones work very well. I was a little worried about them pinching my ears but that hasn’t been a problem.

I use the headphones for dictating at work with dragon. The microphone picks up everything. It also syncs with my iphone

Mic and audio quality is great. Had to download an app on my who to answer with Cisco. Wish battery life was better.

I am a person who has close to 5-6 hrs of conference calls daily and enjoy this one every bit. Not expensive yet very good. Value for money

I actually own 3 sets of this headset. 1 at work for Weber phone over PC. 1 at home for Skype. 1 I broke but it still works so I saved it for a backup. Sound playback quality is good, distance is great, I've never had a complaint about sound quality of the mic. Price made it good value. Minor drawbacks: battery replacement is awkward, weight slightly uncomfortable, battery recharge port somewhat easy to break. But I purchased my first about 4 years ago and it only became an issue about the recharge port a few months ago. Mine get heavy usage. My wonky wish would be if it were a little lighter.

Definitely not the best headset on the market, but for the money you can't go wrong. Works as well or better than headsets costing double.

I'm a student in grad school, and using these for dictating my notes has SIGNIFICANTLY increased my efficiency in getting notes done. They are also solid if you don't need superb audio quality for media consumption or gaming...I don't so they work well for my uses. I do wish the battery life was a bit better, but since you can use them while they're plugged in charging it isn't a huge issue. That brings up another point though--it bothers me that you still need to use the usb receiver in a usb port to connect to a PC, even if the headphones are charging through being connected to that same PC. Overall, solid product.

This headset was super easy to setup with my Windows 10 machine. It came with both Bluetooth and a wireless USB dongle. I am using the Bluetooth, which took my 4 mins to setup. The sound quality is good and no one I have called has complained about my voice quality.

Logitech needs to update this to support newer operating systems. I attempted to use this on my Windows and Mac computers with the newest operating systems. I had read that there were complaints that the headphones did not work with newer systems. But, a few had luck with theirs. Mine did not work. I would love for them to work as they are very comfortable. There was a horrible underwater/bubbly/echo-y sound with the microphone. I tried eliminating all other Bluetooth and wireless near the phones and computers with no change.

These extend further then the rate range. They last about 6 hours of constant use. I use these pretty much about 8 to 10 hours a day. Between calls I plug a charge cable in and charge the headset On occasion I have gone longer than the battery life. What is nice about these is that you can plug a charge cable into these and continue the conversation without interruption. These are very comfortable to wear in long hours. The mic quality is very good. Sometimes too good. The people can hear things that are occurring in other parts of the house. I recommend turning down the mic sensitivity in windows or Mac. I highly recommend these. The next version below this use to be very very good. However the current release of those are not that good and I wouldn't recommend those. the H800 are the better choice.

with the flip of a switch you can go from wireless computing,gaming,music to Bluetooth cell phone ,tv and more I highly recommend it

I use my headphones at work, gym at home and is great for what I need them for. No high quality sound but for the price is right.

Works but battery time is less than 8 hours so if you are using this item for work like I am... you are going to have to be tethered to your workstation for a portion of your day while it recharges.

Whether you're listening to music or the TV, or making phone calls, this is the headset. Pairable to multiple devices with fast switching. Very comfortable even if worn h=for hours

Don't even think about it, just buy it. For the price this is a bargain for anyone who has more than one device on top of the desk and use them all on a regular basis. The dongle is permanently on my desktop computer, and the headset is paired via Bluetooth with my laptop, my phone and my tablet, and switching devices is so seamless when you make sure to turn on the bluetooth radio on the device only when you need it. I'm not conscious as to how the headset prioritizes when more than one paired device is available, but I could assume it's related to the bluetooth settings on each device. On a full charge, I can spend the whole day (8am-6pm) listening to some radio station and the station automatically pauses when I receive a Skype call. On my phone it works wonderfully, as it allows me to take calls without having to juggle with the phone stuck to my ear. On my tablet, I can listen to streaming apps, watch any sort of YouTube videos or Netflix/Hulu streams, make VoIP calls on any service such as Hangouts, Skype, etc. BestBuy also offers the Logitech H600 for $20 less, and the difference is the Bluetooth. H600 only offers pairing with the dongle. And it's a HUGE difference.

Pros: Plug-and-Play on Windows 10. Lightweight. Good sound quality and mic quality. Good range. Cons: Feels cheap. Very plastic-y.
