I have it connected to my surface docking station and use my computer to make calls. it works well with Google Hangout phone calls to my Google voice number but Cisco Webex is sometimes quirky with the Call from Computer and the sound doesn't detect even though it says its connected. Bluetooth via smartphone works seamlessly.

I needed a lightweight, compact alternative to using my computer microphone and speakers for meetings and one-on-one teleconferences via the computer. The sound quality of very good, much better than using the computer mic, and the distractions now are minimal.

Since Covid-19 I use these a lot for work meetings, they work very well with good sound quality. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer sometimes because I keep forgetting to put them on the charger.

Love this headset. I have one at work from 2016 and this newer one for working remotely at home. Lightweight, easy to connect either via USB or bluetooth, and very clear sound quality.

Solid Bluetooth headset. Not totally noise canceling, which I like. Comfortable. Fold up mic is convenient.

They have very good sound and are comfortable. Good value for the price.

Mic configuration only allows for wearing the mic on the right side. Troubles all the time connecting via bluetooth. Comfortable but meh.

I bought a set of these headphones when my last employer switched from offices to cubicles so that I could drown out the chatter and not bother others with my music. I've changed jobs again and I still use them to drown out the din but I use them for online calls as well. My first set eventually died and I couldn't find a better value so I bought another. I may buy a third set for my system at home. My wife has them for work and loves them too.

About 15 yard range, freedoms to move around due to Bluetooth. Glad I have this now to go cordless!

Very comfortable headset. Has a more solid, premium feel than the Logitech H400. Mainly purchased for the Bluetooth capability that the H400 does not have.

Love this headset, the wireless link is nice and strong, the range covers the bulk of my house. My day starts at 7 am and the battery usually starts signalling me it's getting low around 3:30, the good news is that the headset continues to work while on the charge cable. Works with Dragon Naturally Speaking, Cortana, and my Corporate Softphone program. I cannot recommend this too highly.

I use this at work to cordlessly Skype business calls. The USB connection is rock solid, although the Bluetooth connection doesn't seem as reliable. But overall, I really like this product.

Excellent choice! Zoom calls are so much easier to conduct now that I have this. Outside sounds are almost fully blocked and the mic picks up my speech even when I speak softly. I feel so much more secure participating online now. Still have not tried gaming but I expect the headphones/ mic will perform equally well.

Well, its nice that you can use it on two devices. You can either use it with the USB dongle that comes with it Or you can pair it directly with bluetooth The downside is, I bought this to use it with my bedroom desktop using the dongle, and pair it with bluetooth and use it that way in the living room. The dongle has no problem playing whatever media I'm listening to, whether it be a game, movie, music, or whatever, while using the microphone at the same time. Bluetooth however, is either one or the other. You either listen to your media with the headphones, or listen to your mates and voice chat through microphone. One or the other. You're not going to be blasting The Kim Possible theme song while having a conversation about how the live action movie should not be happening. You either have the conversation, or listen to your music. LAME. Especially for the price. I resorted to playing the media out of the TV speakers and listening to my mates on the headphones as a work around. Which is kind of a letdown. They're very comfy though. I recommend you get the GSP for it.

This headset works GREAT on both Bluetooth devices and with the USB plug on my desktop PC. Excellent sound, very good range. Used these to replace wired Sennhauser headphones.

Love the Bluetooth and USB option with these. Clear sound and microphone works well. I have been told I'm always the loudest and clearest during Zoom meetings.

It is a light weight headset. Sound quality is okay. I bought it only for my work meetings. Battery life is horrible. On a full charge, it doesn't last for a work call that goes beyond 4 hours.
