Great Headset for VOIP/Music

The headset was very easily detected which made the setup very simple. With the bluetooth functionality built in I can listen to music from my mobile phone while working and quickly switch over to a phone call if need be.

Sometimes I hate this headset

They don't stay connected and sometimes you have to unplug the Bluetooth from the computer and/or turn off the headphones sometimes a couple of times to get them to connect. They also don't grip your head very well, if you look down or up then they fall off. Probably better to go ahead and spend a little more for a decent set of gaming headphones even if you use them for business like I do.

Depends on usage needs

The features, such as mute, work as intended. The battery life, for me, was about 4.25 hours. Device is operational during charging period. For limited use, such as school or regular call volume, I would recommend this product. For heavy call volume or constant use, I would not recommend this product as, eventually, it loses its ability to maintain connectivity and sound issues develop. Great for standard use.

Most Comfortable and Works Great

Most headsets crush my ears and are uncomfortable after just a few minutes. This one is soft and very comfortable. I had problems maintaining a good connection using the Bluetooth to pair with my PC. However, using the included USB dongle worked very well so I stuck with that. I've heard that Bluetooth can be not-so-stable so this was not a surprise and not a fault of Logitech.

Great Overall

I use it for Skype in a room that is terrible for sound and it comes across clean and clear. Solid battery life but can be used when charging. I also am learning to use it with Dragon Dictation and it works very well. I definitely would buy again.

Great headset for the money

Sound quality has been great and no issues with back ground noise. Connects easily. Wish the earpieces were a little more comfortable.

This will not connect to a unifying dongle with kind of sucks because I use it on my laptop which only has 2 USB. I have a Logitech mouse and keyboard for my home setup and they work fine with the unifying dongle. It can connect bluetooth but the sound wasn't as good. Maybe an update down the road will correct the issue with bluetooth, one can only hope. Other than that it does what its supposed to do. Just wished it connected to a unifying dongle... I would recommend but with some reservation.
