I bought these for work, and the brand Logitech is well known in the computer industry has affordable and kinda on the lower end of quality. They are light weight but feel cheaply made. My work system and the head set to be configured and set up. The issues was i have to set it up early day, and clients complain they can’t hear me or I’m far away or i cut in and out? It’s frustrating when your explaining cost or going over fees. Bwr sometimes just hung up bc they can’t hear me. My IT dept set it up as well and it worked good for w few days and back to the same comments... i can’t hear you !! I need more reliable headsets for work . I will be returning these next week. I gave them 3 weeks and its nit working out.

The Logitech - H800 Wireless Headset has performed better than expected. Sound quality and mic are both excellent. Wireless range is also very good. A work from home go to for years to come.

Low cost option that really works great. Sound quality is very good for online gaming, I can even send/receive when outside in my yard. Battery life is as advertised, a full 6 hours. Functions on headset can be programed the way you want using 3rd party "AutoHotKey"..

I use these for video calls on a Windows 10 laptop and they work great. I'm using Bluetooth, but it's nice to have the option to use the Logitech dongle if needed.

It is more comfortable than others we have tried. The only think I would add would be to make the top adjustable.

The logi headset with biometric mic is a good call center of beginning game headset

very clear a microphone works very good battery strength is very long can you easily get through a 8 hour shift

Indicators are helpful on headphones to help distinguish volume vs mute buttons

Easy setup, they work perfectly for conference calls using either WebEx or Teams. Sound quality is good, and I've had no issues with them

Got this to replace the same model after 5 years. Battery was not lasting long. Perfect headset for a Windows 10 laptop to connect with Skype or Teams.

My wife is an avid gamer. We purchased this product at Best Buy and she has been extremely happy with it. She uses this headset for hours at a time, almost every single day, and has had no complaints with it either comfort-wise or functionally.

Good value set of wireless headsets that can work off usb or bluetooth. Nice little compartment on ear flap to keep usb toggle. Flaps also fold in to make easier to keep in your bag.

Good: Comfortable. Good controls Bad: Short Battery life, disappointing sound quality (crackles) I want to use these for work, which means staying on for 8 hours or so. Can't do it. They are dead after 4 hours or less. I was hoping to lose the wire.

It's a USB headset. Battery life could be better, but other than that; can't really complain.

Purchased to use for remote web based meetings. Previous Bluetooth headphones connected to my computer caused issues where others couldn’t hear me. Now I have to really watch what I say!!

Great product, got this on clearance and can’t be more satisfied.

The headset is comfortable, great for mobility, and can hear the other call very well.

Pairs nicely with logi webcam. It doesn't have that great of distance as I was hoping from my office to back door (when letting dog out). That is a bit unfortunate but it doens't seem to lose connection and that is probably a good 40 feet or so. Otherwise happy with the purchase.

This set is a convenient size, and has nice sound for the price.
