||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't usually give bad reviews, I really was looking forward to receiving this headset, wanted to like and love it tried really hard to make it work. it crackled so bad even when fully charged, the buttons and on off or mode switch felt like it was about to pop off/out very cheaply made. Very disappointed in Logitech for this one. I bought the Logitech - H390 USB Headset instead and love it! It's sturdy, great surround sound quality for my MMO pc games and amazing microphone quality according to my team mates.

Solid Wireless Headset

Best Buy was still open - at the time - to browser and pick up our own products. We asked for help where to find - we were showed the area, and purchased all within 5-10 minutes. Easy time and good experience.

Cheap and no way to know if on mute

However you need to press a mute button to mute and you have no indication you are on mute. On the H760 (discontinued), you used to move the mic boom up and you had a positive indication of mute. These headsets have no boom mute funciton and so you talk away on mute blind to the state. For a low end but functional wireless headset its ok.

The old one got disconnected from the 2.4 signal, after 7 years, so i bought a new one. The only bad thing is that after some time, more than 30 min talking, tour ears may heart a little

Be Careful!

By hacking around I was able to get them charged, I hope. They work fine, both Headphones and Microphone, I no longer can get sound on YouTube or anywhere else from my computer. Only on Headphones! Even Logitech's website is very little help!

Good soft phone headset!
