Works great, but the battery charge isn’t anywhere near the time advertised. After a couple hours, it needs to be recharged, so I’m now keeping it plugged in while I’m using it. Buy the corded version, and save your $.

I needed a set of headphones for conference calls. These are comfortable and offer both Bluetooth and wireless options. They’re not noise canceling but it has not been an issue.

While this is one of the few computer wireless headsets that support both 2.4 Ghz and bluetooth wireless connection and the active use while charging, it just did not meet my needs. There was too much static and the battery capacity was not enough to use for an 8 hour workday. I ended up going back to the Plantronics 995.

It's easy to use. Simple to plug in and turn on. Easy charging. Great sound coverage yet you can still hear what's going on around you so there's no surprises. Definitely recomend you try it.

They serve a great purpose for using during my Go To meetings at work. I also use with my personal cell phone & very clear. They need to work on the battery life. It only lasts a few hours before it needs to be plugged in.

Not comfortable. Got really hot while wearing and not enough padding. Ears were not in a happy place. Ended up returning and spending more money and bought the more expensive model for $239. Happy with that one.

Adapts to PC or Smart phone easily. I got it to replace a Jabra single ear headset that Jabra Updates no longer support for PC. Works great with my Magic Jack too. I can also use it with my Smart Phone. Very versatile!

    Comfortable, good inbound, poor outbound

We spent 25, then 75, then 175-ish on headphones in search for the one that didn't sound like you were speaking from the end of a muzzled tunnel. Alas, none of the three bought from Best Buy and vetted for a whole week each passed muster. And we really wanted one of them to score. I do online coaching that is recorded and must be HIPAA compliant, but the clients won't be able to relate to you if you don't sound in the chair opposite. 3 weekends invested buying and returning what was available - but Best Buy was very good about returns and the area guides knew what we wanted, though never had the need to test it like we did. Gaming - it turns out - requires much better inbound sound than outbound, so our young guide's expertise was limited. We remain a loyal Best Buy customer, because the whole journey was friendly and expert.

This my third H800 headset over the past six years. No getting tangled in the wires during calls as you take notes or multitask. In addition, the bluetooth capability adds even more versatility.

The charger cable lasted about 6 weeks. Weak pins. I often have to switch back to my old headset in the middle of a call. Then my next call will work. Picks up all the sound so callers can hear the remote schooling going on a room away.
