Audio is good but microphone is only fair

The headset was purchased for wireless connection to live meeting software on work laptop. The microphone arm is too short and pick up of voice is fair to poor. Sound is muffled and unclear

Bad Battery Life

it's ok but disappointed

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PROS: ability to be wireless lightweight easy setup quick charging battery lasts entire work day CONS: cannot move but 2ft from laptop or it starts to screech in others ears and/or or disconnects me from skpe meetings sometimes has audio issues and poor audio quality While my list of pros is longer than the cons the cons are pretty big ones hence the reason for a 2 star review. I had my hopes up that I could be wireless and a little more mobile during lengthy meetings but this does not allow for that.

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you're having some connectivity issues with your H800 headset. It should certainly have more range than that. I would recommend using the included Nano receiver rather than bluetooth for a more stable connection. Try multiple usb ports to find the best one for your needs, and try to minimize obstructions between the headset and the receiver.
