It dies quick and then out of nowhere you can’t hear anything honestly this one wasn’t worth it . As a dispatcher who uses a headset all day I don’t recommend it

Posted .Hi Sara, thank you for taking the time to write the review. The H800 is rated to have up to 6 hours of battery life as stated in the product information. I hope that the comfort and other features that the H800 were something you enjoyed. The H540 is a similar headset but a wired option. The wire is almost 6 foot long and then you wouldn't have to worry about the headset dying. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech.

Kept skipping so had to return them

Best Buy did not have any in stock or to order so do not know if it was a flaw in this set or in the design

Not a great product - and worse than before

Unfortunately a wire inside broke and had to replace it. The new ones are shorter range and noisy. When in Bluetooth mode the sound is horrible both to listen and microphone is so much worse. Need a replacement - perhaps it is defective
