Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear your H800 was giving you some issues. It sounds like a connectivity issue to me, so I would recommend making sure the headset is properly plugged into the computer. If that doesn't solve the issue, try switching the USB dongle to a different USB port, as the issue could be with the port you're using as well.

However and like every Logitech Bluetooth headset I buy it stopped working. This is the fourth one I have bought and have to return to the store to get an exchange. Do better.

Very short battery life
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very poor battery life. Can hardly consider this a wireless headset when it constantly has to be plugged in to charge.

For the PRICE 5 stars!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do a lot of multimedia development and work remotely (i.e. virtual meetings). Therefore, I am very reliant on headphones and own few sets for different purposes. First off, is this model studio quality? No so if that is what you are looking for you need to spend a little more money and look at brands like Audio-Technica. I have the 400 series for like $99 (not wireless) and love them. Enough about that. I actually owned the Logitech H500 (USB Wireless) but they gave out. I can say the H800 is big improvement and I loved the H500. My only issue with that model was the ear cushion material and the range wasn’t great. The H800 has a similar ear cushion material but they are still comfortable just not as comfortable as the headphones with the foam material. Now, the range is a very pleasant improvement. The H500 had good range, but once I left my home office area and traveled to another room the reception was hit or miss even if it was only 30 ft away. I call walk my entire downstairs area and not lose signal even going into the bathroom or behind walls. It is good for at least 35-5- feet for me. Some other welcomed improvements that the H500 was very good at is sound and battery life. Like I said I do a lot of development and remote work. Therefore, I use my headphones for 5-7 hours some days. Most times I forget to turn them off to converse battery life during a break or lunch. They last my entire work dat. The H500 would last 4-6 hours but H800 has it about 1.5-2 hours longer. And the sound? I listen to music to keep me motivated to work when not recording media. Normally, I pull my Audio-Technicas to listen to music because of the quality of the sound. Lately I find I stick to the Logitech H800. The sound is clear and rich enough for casual listening…the bass is actually pretty good. Again, we are still not talking about studio quality but for the price and its intended purpose very surprising quality. Other quick features: folds up for easy storage; good build for the price; nice controls to switch between Bluetooth and usb wireless (H500 doesn’t have this feature) and volume; and an adjustable boom mic for recording and audio calls. My only issues or desires for future improvements? I would love to have a wireless USB/Bluetooth Logitech headphones that had cushion/foam ear pieces like some of their wired models. Also, the USB charging female connector on the headset can easily be broken if you don’t stick the male piece in correctly from USB charging wire. DISCLAIMER: I haven’t used the BLUETOOTH option. My review is strictly based on the USB dongle option. Mainly because the H500 set-up was that way and I just changed headphones out.

Not a huge fan
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned it, the distance from the computer that you can walk away from was not that far before it stopped working. The charging was a big pain point.

Does not work with Windows 8+
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Could never get it to work with Windows 8+, the box does not say Windows 8+ so I assume that's why. Paired it with my iPhone in a few seconds, worked great, but I returned it, since I needed a good headset for online meetings. not my phone
