Hello, So sorry to hear that the H800 isn't working for you despite having a full charge. The H800 connects to your computer two ways: using the wireless USB receiver or via Bluetooth. If you're not hearing audio from your headset when using the wireless receiver, try the following suggestions:
      - Make sure you've set the switch to the receiver icon.
      - Connect the headset to a USB port with the charging cable — it may not have enough battery power.
      - Make sure you have the H800 selected as the audio output device (see your computer's documentation for help).
      - Check that the application you're using is configured to use the headset as its audio output device (see the application's documentation for help).
      - Make sure the receiver is connected to a USB port that isn't behind any large objects (ex. a desk or desktop PC).

If you're not hearing audio from the headset on a Bluetooth device, try the following:
      - Make sure you've set the switch to the Bluetooth icon.
      - If you have paired multiple Bluetooth devices with the headset, make sure you're connected to the correct Bluetooth device.
      - Connect the headset to a USB port with the charging cable — it may not have enough battery power.
      - If you're connected to a computer, make sure you have the Wireless Headset H800 selected as the audio output device (see your computer's documentation for help).
      - Make sure the application you're using is configured to use the headset as its audio output device.
      - Try disabling other Bluetooth devices.

Hope that you found this helpful and that all is going well. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

Extremely poor quality. The connections (both the bluetooth and usb) are not stable at all. Sometimes it works and sometimes, suddenly it stops working. When it stops working, you cannot even use the laptop audio. Super frustrating when you are in a working meeting and gets muted all of a sudden. The return period is short only 14 days. Cannot even return it....

Hi bunny, Very sorry to hear about the problems you're having with the H800 Wireless Headset. When using a USB 2.0 2.4GHz wireless peripheral device, like the H800, with a PC that also has a USB 3.0 peripheral device plugged in, you may experience erratic operation caused by interference. This is especially likely to happen when using USB 3.0 remote hard drives or flash drives.

There are some techniques that can help early adopters of USB 3.0 to mitigate potential problems with their existing 2.4GHz wireless devices:

      - If your PC has multiple USB 2.0 connectors available, separate your USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 receivers by as much distance as possible. For example, if your PC has a choice of USB 2.0 connectors, use the one on the opposite side of the PC from the USB 3.0 connector.
      - Position your USB 2.0 receiver as close as possible to your wireless peripheral (mouse, keyboard, headphones, etc.).
      - Use a standard, USB-extender cable to position your USB 2.0 wireless receiver as far away as possible from your USB 3.0 connector.

If that doesn't solve the issue, here's a link to the product support page for the H800 that will include more troubleshooting FAQs, warranty information, and more:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024318533--Getting-Started-Wireless-Headset-H800. Hope that you foundt this helpful and that all is going well. Thank you for choosing Logitech. - Richard from Logitech

would be so much better with muffs that allow for noise cancellation. they sit flat on ear and don't give great quality sound. the boom is short and seems a bit "missing" battery doesn't last my full shift. have to plug up at every 15 minute break and lunch and when I get off. like the size of muffs compared to the h600 model

I've only had my new ASUS laptop for several days now, but the problems started when I paid $80 to have them load my old data and they only loaded about 1% of that data. I had to load the rest when I got home. After just 2 days of working fine, I am no longer able to get an internet connection, even though 3 other devices in my home have no problem doing this. I'm going to bring it back to Best Buy asap.

Hi Jesse, Very sorry to hear about the issues with noise that you're experiencing when using the H800 Headset. Try the following suggestions: Move the headset closer to your audio source — it might be out of range. Move away from other sources of wireless signal — you could be experiencing interference. Connect the headset to a USB port using the charging cable — it may not have enough battery power. Try adjusting the volume on your audio source — it might be turned up too high. If you're using the wireless receiver, make sure it's connected to a USB port that isn't behind any large objects (ex. a desk or desktop PC). Also make sure it isn't connected near other wireless receivers that could be causing interference. If you're using Bluetooth, try disabling other Bluetooth devices temporarily. Hope that you found these helpful and that all is going better. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech
