Didn't work for long

The first time I paired them with my phone, they worked very well, the sound quality was nice and they are fairly comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. They worked great with my laptop, the last test was the PS4. They worked for about 45 minutes then completely died. I thought maybe it was the battery, so I tried charging the battery for a few hours. Still nothing. Won't work with the PS4, phone or computer. Power light is on, but no sound and unable to link via Bluetooth. My wife bought the same pair at the same time and has had zero issues. I will be taking mine back and replacing them with something different.

These devices are designed for professionals that need a secure wireless connection with no interference. Also, you can try the H600, this headset is as economical as the H800, and it is designed for a longer signal distance, up to 10 meters of signal reach. Stopped working a month later

Hope that you were able to find a better option for you and that all is going better. If comfort is of great importance, might I suggest that you take a look at Logitech's gaming headsets which were designed with comfort in mind while also performing at a premium. Died after three days!

Reliability is a failure
