This was a real let down. As far as syncing and audio quality it was ok. My two main complaints are: 1. they are very hot. 2. they fall off all the time. The product has some weight to it and whenever i tilt my head, they slide off. There is no way to make them more snug so they grip tighter. If all you want to do is sit and not move your neck I guess these would be ok, but as something to wear when you are walking around it is next to useless. Twice they have nearly slid off into the sink while I was washing dishes.

I was looking for headpones that worked on multiple devices including my PC and cell phone. These advertised as being able to do that but the bluetooth connection was pitiful. It did not keep a connection to my phone but the PC connection was fine with the USB dongle. The headphones just feel cheap. The plastic felt loose on the device and I feel as though I could easily break them. I returned these after 1 day of use.

I needed this for my business laptop. However, I coould never get it to work with that one which is a Dell. Instead, it kept syncing with my Macbook Pro personal computer. It didn't really come with instructions and was just wonky. I returned it and thankful that Best Buy made that easy.

the headphones are very comfortable, sounds great but the mic has serious issues. apparently after researching them, found that this problem has been around for years and never has been fixed with this headphones. 2 bad i didn't purchase the warranty plan for $12. that was $70 bucks thrown down the drain. at least i did get about 35 days of work from it. will not purchase this brand again and do not recommend it.

I don't usually give bad reviews, I really was looking forward to receiving this headset, wanted to like and love it tried really hard to make it work. it crackled so bad even when fully charged, the buttons and on off or mode switch felt like it was about to pop off/out very cheaply made. Very disappointed in Logitech for this one. I bought the Logitech - H390 USB Headset instead and love it! It's sturdy, great surround sound quality for my MMO pc games and amazing microphone quality according to my team mates.

Either I'm a total idiot or the headphones have a problem with its battery. I unpacked the headset and accompanying parts and hooked them up to my desktop computer. Things worked well for about one half hour until the battery went dead. I hooked the unit up to its charger for about 2 hours and was able to get it working properly since then, until 2 days ago. I was listening to a video when the headset started beeping. After a few minutes to finish the video I hooked the unit back up to its charger and let it charge. I have been unable to get the unit to work since then.

Bought these sine i had such good luck with logitech products before and wanted to try to add some mobility to my computing. They quit working exactly 30 days after purchased. Since I was outside the 15 day return policy, I was forced to deal with Logitech customer service. It took 3 months for them to tell me i would have to return them. Then another month to send the return shipping label. I've since bought a wireless headset from another mfg. What a waste of $80.00

Worked well for the first few weeks with the USB adaptor (would not pair w/o it) but then started hearing really bad static which made them unusable for my work. I would not recommend the headphones to anyone. My biggest disappointment was when I tried to return and found out that Best Buy has changed their return policy to 15 days. I would have been happy with a store credit but was told by a department lead that the s/n on the box did not match that on the headphones. So in essence I purchased an open box item and had to dispute with my credit card company. Avoid these headphones.

I make/receive 50+ calls per day so was looking for a comfortable, bluetooth, functional headset to wear 6+ hrs/day. They were lightweight, but that's where to "good" ends. The ear-pads aren't comfortable (cheap fabric makes you sweat) and the call quality was horrible whether on Bluetooth or via USB. Took them back after about a week's worth of having to apologize to the person on the other end of the line.

Why would anyone buy this device? It doesn't work on Windows 10 computers. That fact is not mentioned in the sales literature on-line and you have to dig for it.

Great on my end but I found out on exactly the wrong conference call that it creates screeching feedback anytime anything touches it. I turned the volume up - I didn’t hear a thing but the VP stopped talking. Went to adjust the mouth piece to answer a question and was asked if I could switch to handset. Made a few calls after to test different things - blue tooth direct vs dongle, volumes, even used a different phone - still. I get this is a $75 headset but its not the cheapest out there. I expected more.

Bought 2 of these for name brand and wireless use. Overall OK quality similar to others. Could not get the Bluetooth to work even had my I T people working on it. Got one to work on the dongle. Battery only lasted a few hours. Had to plug in charger. So much for wireless. Returned both of them. Ended up getting a Jabra from a different retailer (not carried by Best Buy). Very happy with it.
