Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had these headphones for several months and have never been happy that I purchased them. When they are connected, the sound quality both ways is good. That is the only reason for my 2 starts. They do not hold a charge at all making it completely pointless to buy wireless. They don't make it through a workday charged and I am only a moderate phone/meetings user. I have difficulty connecting them some days making my first calls of the day a dud before I realize, not good in sales/customer service. Wish I just went cheap and bought wired ones but the IT guy at work encouraged me to "upgrade".

Good sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound and mic quality. However after just three weeks it would not charge anymore. I returned it for another and the exact same thing happened after a month.

not delivering spectation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brought back to Best Buy first item, battery don't last 6 hours when fully charged. Logitech claim will last 6 hrs when fully charged. Replacement of the same item behave the like the 1st which only lasted 2 hours .The 1st and 2nd charging last 6 hrs, but 3rd and so on, last 2 hours or less, and getting much worse on succeeding charging. Product is Logitech H800 wireless Headset

Does not cancel out noise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product was recommended to me to use for work teleconferences from home. I was excited to receive it and began to use it immediately. The noise canceling is very poor and it disconnects often even though the phone it is connected to via bluetooth is in the same room. I can't use it for teleconferences and would return it had it not already been opened.

Bluetooth? Not really.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is OK. Mic is OK. But Hard to connect to Bluetooth and I found the battery life lacking. I traded down to these after buying and returning a lemon higher end Logitech set because it looked like the only difference was Skype, which I didn't need. Logitech makes a great wireless keyboard and mouse.

Disappointing Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this headset to use for work. I was extremely disappointed to discover that the battery only lasts 6 hours. My only option is to turn it off and then hope I can turn it back on quickly when a call comes in. The charging cord is too short to have it plugged in and use it at the same time.

Sometimes I hate this headset
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not the quality I expected from Logitech. They don't stay connected and sometimes you have to unplug the Bluetooth from the computer and/or turn off the headphones sometimes a couple of times to get them to connect. They also don't grip your head very well, if you look down or up then they fall off. Probably better to go ahead and spend a little more for a decent set of gaming headphones even if you use them for business like I do.

Depends on usage needs
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is nice and comfortable. The features, such as mute, work as intended. The battery life, for me, was about 4.25 hours. Device is operational during charging period. For limited use, such as school or regular call volume, I would recommend this product. For heavy call volume or constant use, I would not recommend this product as, eventually, it loses its ability to maintain connectivity and sound issues develop. Great for standard use.

Posted .Hi LaDJ, thanks for this review! I'm sorry that the battery on the H800 only lasted just over 4 hours for you. It is rated at up to 6 house. Thank you for sharing your experience with the headset! I'm glad that you enjoy the comfort and other features of the headset. I hope you continue to enjoy the use of it. Thanks for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech

Good customer service, sub par construction
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I blame myself as much. 5 head set's purchased, and 4 have not made it through warranty. From premature battery failure to loose charging connectors. Instant connection is a hit or miss, but distance from receiver is good. ONLY good thing I can truly say. I keep wanting to believe LogiTech is of higher quality than experiencing, so, some of my dis-satisfaction falls on me.

Cheaply made for the price paid
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is good, and from what I can tell, people on the other end can hear me fine. I haven't run out of battery life yet and being able to get up while in a meeting is nice. The issue with this headset is build quality. The plastic is very cheap and has noticeable creaking and it feels like it would very easily break. I have read reviews where the charging port broke and I can see why. Manufacturers really need to move away from this port. It feels like it will break at some point. The volume controls are just fine but muting is a problem. I can't tell when I am muted or not based purely on the audio beeps. At some point you'll forget and there's no visual identifier, such as a red light (boom mic isn't long enough for that), to indicate that you're muted. I end up having to always use the chat program mute functionality. Overall it's okay for what I needed it for but it could be a lot better.

Dispointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good: Comfortable. Good controls Bad: Short Battery life, disappointing sound quality (crackles) I want to use these for work, which means staying on for 8 hours or so. Can't do it. They are dead after 4 hours or less. I was hoping to lose the wire.

Keep looking
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for work, and the brand Logitech is well known in the computer industry has affordable and kinda on the lower end of quality. They are light weight but feel cheaply made. My work system and the head set to be configured and set up. The issues was i have to set it up early day, and clients complain they can’t hear me or I’m far away or i cut in and out? It’s frustrating when your explaining cost or going over fees. Bwr sometimes just hung up bc they can’t hear me. My IT dept set it up as well and it worked good for w few days and back to the same comments... i can’t hear you !! I need more reliable headsets for work . I will be returning these next week. I gave them 3 weeks and its nit working out.

Not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sporadically doesn’t work requiring a computer restart. Not great when you’re trying to be in time for a call. Added pads to the earphones to make them more comfortable. Overall I should have spent more for a better set.

Not very good value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones were 65.00 and are not worth the money. The battery will not stay charged longer than 4 hours. They do not fit well and the controls are hard to use.

Impulsive buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seemed like a good buy when I first saw it on sale at Best Buy before Christmas. Once home and reviewing internet reviews I was not impressed how other owners felt. I returned it unopened and bought a pair of Sony headsets for $5 dollars more (also in sale) and was happy I did.

charging dies with an hour
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for zoom meetings and online classes. In the first couple of months, it was ok. Now, it is less than a year and doesn't last more than an hour and gives static sounds that you can not hear the other person. I thought it was my connection and then I switched to regular earbud and did not have that problem. Now, I am regretting buying this and I don't' even have wire to hook up directly to the computer. It works only via a wi-fi connection.

Returning
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not sure if it is just this one or the entire line but functionally this is not Logitech's best work. The charge doesnt last as long as indicated and the sound quality is not the greatest either. With BT, I should be able to move 30 feet easily but with this set if I am moving at all or more than 10ft away I get static and lost signal. The foam headset is really rough and bothersome as well

Bluetooth and battery aren't good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I teach classes online and the battery doesn't last. Also, I bought this one because of the bluetooth, but I kept getting static and clicks and overall poor audio. so I switched to the USB dongle and that works well. But I should have saved myself money and just got that one. One nice thing is that it does work while plugged in, which my bluetooth mouse doesn't.

Be Careful!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There were NO instruction as to how to charge or use these. By hacking around I was able to get them charged, I hope. They work fine, both Headphones and Microphone, I no longer can get sound on YouTube or anywhere else from my computer. Only on Headphones! Even Logitech's website is very little help!
