Best buy gave this remote to me for free because a product I purchased did not come with one. This remote is so customizable and has so many functions. Again Besybuy comes through with their customer service.

This remote was fairly easy to set up, but took several tries to input the right model/product # to get it all working properly.

This is an upgraded model. Had the previous version for almost 4 years. This model works very much the same. Very happy with the purchase. Pick this up for a very good price.

This remote was too difficult to setup and required a computer to complete the setup. After spending a few hours trying to program, we called Logitech directly. The agent spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting and trying to assist but the remote still would not work. The agent suggested that we exchange the remote because that one was defective. We just returned the remote and went with a more simple, cheaper option.

The remote works great with all of our devices, but it took me 5 tries with the PC software to get it setup correctly. I would only recommend this if you have a serious home theater setup, with a separate speaker amp box that does not automatically turn on with your TV. Also the screen cracked after about 2 weeks use from my daughter dropping it from only a foot or so off the ground.

Was hesitant to buy a new universal remote since the last one was so hard to set up. The setup on this unit is really easy and works well with my Dish receiver, home audio receiver, TV and Apple TV. Would buy again!

Great purchase! Now I only have to use one remote when watching TV to run everything instead of 4! Very easy to setup and worked perfectly the first time I used it.

We’ve had an older Harmony 700 for years. When we updated our home theatre we opted to keep things simple and buy this similar unit. Online setup was easy and it works flawlessly.

remote takes a little bit to set up. But works great and states will take some time to set up.

Fairly easy to program. Works fine, using for TV/Cable box/audio/video game system.

I was really skeptical about this remote. But after using it for a short while it turned out to be fabulous. The techs programmed it & it really proved to do exactly what it claims, no hiccups.

The Geek SQUAD technician agent went through all the options on the Logitech-Harmony 665 10 Device Universal Remote. and explained all the shortcuts.

These remotes are awesome and relatively inexpensive. Just make sure you have a computer to set it up and gather all the model numbers from your devices and know which ports each device is connected to.

Controls my Sony sound bar that my Sony TV remote would not work and all my other electronics, so it works for me.

The setup is a little cumbersome and requires a computer, but once it's set up it works great.

My Third Harmony Remote. Been told Harmony no longer will make remotes so this will be the last. The first two lasted about 5 years each. We have a tendency to drop them a lot. We are in hope this one will last 5 years as well and then we will buy a totally new system that will not need a Universal Remote.

Great remote. I 'upgraded' from a 650 remote which was feeling it's age after 3-4 years of daily use. Price is right for the 665. Love the backlit keys, very helpful to use in a dark room.

I like how easy it works. Fast set up. Like that it uses batteries as my old one didn't charge well.

Easy to copy settings from logitech myharmony web site to replacement device. Wish I didn't have to do that.

It will operate anything I believe which is good, the downside is that it sometimes turns on items that it should not and you have to go to a computer to update, etc.. too much maintenance for some
