Best universal remote on the market. A little tricky to program at first. But once you get the hang of it, quite easy.

The programming on line is simple, especially if you've had any remote programming experience. The issue here is that IR codes are almost always power toggle. So, if you're not careful (keeping remote pointed at your devices), things get out of sync. Logitech does a great job with the help button that gets everything back in sync after asking a list of quick questions. It can get a little frustrating.

This remote is comprehensive and easy to use. it's great to have one remote for everything.

Looking for a universal remote that everyone in my home could use with ease. Will the Harmony 665 is just that remote and the HELP feature guides you through any issues you may have with any of your connected devices.

I love this remote! I have other (more expensive) remotes and this one does almost everything the others can do. Really easy setup and programing. Easy to use my 4yr old child uses on a daily basis. Love this remote!!

This is the second remote we purchase, the previous one lasted over 10 years and finally gave in after my dog decided to use it as a toy. It’s user friendly and easy to set up. Would definitely recommend this product!

Love my Harmony Remote. It has worked flawlessly as opposed to other remotes that do not stay connected well with my home theatre.

Had the 700 model of this type of remote before. just glad Best Buy still has at least this model of the Harmony remotes available at a reasonable price.

Love this thing. This is the third Harmony I have owned. Easy set up. I will not buy anything else. We get a good three years out of them before it’s time to replace.

I was replacing a touchscreen Harmony One, so I was skeptical but this gets the job done and I don’t really miss it.

Ordered online. Love my control. Setup was easy. A bit laggy at most, but definitely has a nice feel just to hold it in your hands. I never thought I'd care so much for a control, now I do!! Purchased for a onkyo reciever.

Remote has been great. A little bit of a learning curve but once you figure out the set up everything works fine.

I've harmony remotes for 10 years and have been very happy. So when my 750 broke I went right out and bought this one. It's essentially the same as the 750 and works great.

Very easy to use and to navigate to the devices you want to control.

I bought this remote to make it easier for my wife to be able to switch between cable TV and the streaming services. Programmed it in a few minutes with the appropriate activities and she was up & running with it.

This remote may or may not be great - it looked too complicated for my needs, so I returned it.

Use it to control a Blu-ray player LED TV, radio, and satellite TV. Hook it up to a PC and configure everything you need.

We love our new remote. Put away the rest (4). The Geek Squad set up and even made video of instruction in case we got stuck. I know it can do so much more than we do. Will step out and try newer things very soon

Co told tv stereo nvidia shield on shield some apps don't like exit button fine for me to figure out wifs kinda. Hates it

A little complicated at first, but it's nice to have if you have tons of remotes.
