Love the Logitech -Harmony remote! Geek squad programed four remotes into one. Most importantly tought me how to use it with patience and ease, great job Shuan, you made it easy!

Great remote for all your devices. Set up fornthe for bedroom and I also used it for the living room. My own germs. Without sharing. I would buy again. Maybe some chirstmas gifts.

I was afraid when Logitech said they were leaving the remote-control segment. Thankfully they are sticking around! This is a great remote.

Had a older Sony sound bar I couldn’t find a remote for thought I’d try this one. And it worked so easy to download the app on the computer and was able to program all devices at once and super easy to use love it !!

Easy to set up but can take time to learn how to operate. Definitely better than having 5 remotes.

Easy enough to setup but do need a computer. Also allows you to use other remotes to send signals from them to the Logitech device to program it. This solved some issues very effectively.

Functionality is good but nothing special. The button pics don’t really toe to my setup

Picked it up at BestBuy. Had geek squad program it. It's been working as it should. When this one goes dead I'll buy another. Controls all the units I have. Like the black.

My universal Logitech remote is a godsend. Easy to use. I only need it compared to the four I was previously using. Great value for the money!

My mom loves the Harmony remote line and this is a very good (and economical) as well. Once you get past the programming step (which requires a computer) it makes life so easy.

I got this for my dad for Fathers day. Nice remote, good price, just wish the buttons were backlight.

I've been using Logitech remotes for a while now. Setup is fairly easy. Pretty easy to use also. If you need an inexpensive universal remote, this is a good choice.

We used this remote to replace a Spectrum remote that was difficult to use for the smart TV functions. Easy to set up and works great to control the TV and Spectrum receiver.

It is OK. We were able to consolidate 2 Apple TV's, a sound system and a TV. Start up usually works well, but the TV starts about half the time only. Have to hit the help button to get it to start. Their documentation on how to set up was not the best. Had to call and look online for quite some time to figure it out.

I purchased this for my church. Easy to program and easy for non tech users to run our theater set up.

Not sure why, but this remote has now been replaced twice. There are alot of features on it, we do not use. I am so thankful we purchased the protection plan, as we were able to return the item and obtain a replacement. Logitech may want to look at this item for adjustments. Thanks Best Buy for standing behind the product protection plan.

Bought this because the remote that comes with Direct TV sucks in plain English. The Harmony 655 does exactly as I expected. It controls my TV, DVD Player, Audio Receiver and the Direct TV DVR.
