Great remote, fairly easy to set up. Bought it to replace same model that we’ve had for 5 years or so, and it still works, buttons just don’t work as well as they used to.

I replaced my broken remote with this universal remote. And This was life changing because the remote connected to my tv so fast and it's so easy to connect to other things.

Easy to set up easy to use only problem I see is that the batteries seem to get low fairly quick

With a home media system that includes a Yamaha A/V Receiver, Sony 4k Disk player, Roku, Nvidia Shield, and Samsung TV this remote can control them all. Best Buy had a great price !

works for a tv with a lost remote, was easy to set it up & get connected & start using it

Not the performance I was used to with the expensive one I had before but you get what you pay for. This one gets in a loo and constantly takes you through the tutorial which you can’t get out of unless you finish it. Grrrr. Thank God for the help button. Need it every time. And I understand technology so I don’t believe it’s just me.

I love Harmony remotes and have used them for many years. I know they stopped making them so I bought two and put one away for backup to last me a while!

Got this in hopes it would make her life easier (one remote) but it's difficult for her to use, so I kept it.

Bought this remote to control a Sony tv, Sony DVD player, Apple TV and a FIOS DVR. It was easy to program and does everything I need it to do.

My wife is often successful in using this device but I never am. I cannot get what I need on the screen but I am low tech Tom. I've returned to using the 2 devices this was supposed to replace. When I want all the ceiling speakers activated, my wife does it. So, I recommend this remote to married men.

Got this as part of a package deal. Still sealed in package. I use an 880 still.

We have dvd, gaming, cable, rodcu hooked up. It makes it easier for us parents use.

I was able to easily program my TV, Sound bar, Cable box / DVR. Roku, and Blu Ray player to one remote. Programming was simple and it is easy to use. Beats having to grab a different remote to change volume, channels, etc.

This highly versatile and programmable remote is easy to use but can be tricky to set up because you have to have a computer to get going

It works. But feels like it’s from the 19th century. Good for basic components. Apple TV was a pain and would always desync. Having to plug it into your computer each time you want to change around the settings Is a hassle. This was great but for 2022 we can do better

Was a little challenging at first to set up but ince you do it make everything so much easier! I love this remote! No more having to use 3 or more remotes for different systems

I have several Harmony's and my one at the pool house died after many years. This was a quick and easy replacement. Always good products in a variety of prices and complexity.

Overall easy to use and program. Does not have blue tooth capabilities though

This is the 7th Universal Remote I've purchased and it is the best remote I own. The 665's 10 device capacity made it a better choice than the more expense remotes that I own.
