This is a very good universal remote. IF you're able to have a laptop available in the room with the TV, it makes it so easy to setup. It's very easy to personalize.

Love the preprogrammed setup for 1 touch and go. I wish the battery life was better

Set up was pretty easy, but not as intuitive as it could have been.

Doesn't always set the input correctly on my TV when it powers up. Home button for Apple TV 4th gen doesn't work (therefore, can't put Apple TV to sleep). Clear button for TiVo doesn't work. Has a "learn command" feature which learns from your other remotes, but it doesn't seem to work for me. Otherwise, works great!

Purchased two for a home theatre client. Needed a little help from Logitech because some of their gear was old, but once set up - it works great!

I had another Harmony remote that I wore out. I bought this because they no longer make the old one and this looked the closest. It works okay I guess, but it's too busy. The buttons are hard to read. Once you have it programmed it works like it should. They should stick with what works.

Easy to set up, no searching the internet for codes. But there's a bit of delay when pressing the buttons.

I had a much older version of the Harmony Remote, which after all these years still worked. Just figured because I bought a new TV last December that maybe it was time to upgrade this universal remote. Have had some difficulty with trying to program this current Harmony 665 remote and really just kind of gave up on it. It is sitting on a dresser in my bedroom for months. Then I read that Logitech-Harmony will not be supporting these remotes in the future. Just feel this purchase was a waste of money and if I had to do it again, I probably would NOT purchase this again. Thank God I didn't spend a whole lot of money on this remote.

I purchased this Harmony remote as a package deal with the LG UHD bluray player. It's a great remote.

I like it and I don’t..we have a stereo system with it and use Apple TV. Some of the buttons seem useless. I guess if you are super techy it is great and I am getting used to it... it is great most of the time...maybe I am just not tech savvy enough. One of the buttons which we use the most, sticks sometimes.

Great all in one remote and easy to program via the internet.

Somewhat complicated to set up. But have reduced remote count from 6 to 2.

Great universal remote. Easy to set up using the MyHarmony software from the Logitech website. Worked great with Samsung TV, Cisco DVR, and Samsung soundbar.

My wife hates having multiple remotes on the table. With the Harmony we have two. Still need the Roku remote. We easily switch from antenna TV and favorite channels to Roku to radio. Very convenient.

Replaced older unit. Had this up and running in 5 minutes. Just copied settings from older unit. Works great. Controls three devices flawlessly. (Cable box, soundbar and TV.)

This remote is very easy to use. Manual provides clear instructions on setup and love the ability to program multiple pieces of equipment along with favorites for TV.

Love my remote. It completes the system. The geek squad programmed all my devises to the remote. Including my receiver my smart tv internet Netflix surround sound. Woofer speakers, music , etc. love it

great remote, went down from 5 remote to 1 remote. Software is kind of weird to use last time I had a Harmony remote. But overall, learned it with a few trail and error.

It works, not my favorite purchase. It does not really work for my setup as what I expected it would.

I had an old Logitech Harmony remote that has one button that doesn't work well. It was nice to have this one now as a second remote. It was easy to set up and works well with entertainment system.
