I bought this for my parents, and wasn't sure if they'd be able to use it. But its been 6+ months, and they have had no issues operating this. it has replaced 5 remotes they were using

Does every thing I expect a universal remote to do and has a good feel in hand.

Excellent universal remote. I have an older plasma TV that other universal remotes wouldn’t connect with. Had to teach the harmony but once it learned it works great.

I hook up a lot of these remotes to for older people. They are simple and easy to use with multiple devices.

I've been using Logitech Harmony Remotes for years, and the 665 is a great work-horse remote. I use these on TVs all over my house and each one replaces a drawer full of remotes!

Simple to program and very reliable, every once in a while when you change batteries you have to resync with the computer but the saved account remembers all the setting highly recommend!

Been using Harmony remotes for last 10 years or so. Always easy to program and love the macros when you have multiple devices that are used in different modes.

Perfect remote for my tv, stereo, DVD player, and cable box. Easily programmable and easy to use. Have bought a couple of these due to damage from dogs and dropping them.

Get one before they are all gone!! Great universal remote. Reliable and easy to program via the web-based platform. Highly recommended.

Had a similar model that eventually needed to be replaced. Set up was super easy through their website and our previous account. Works well and battery life seems good.

Wonderful, easy to use and program universal remote control. If an infrared only control is adequate for the system. This one can't be beat for the price or anything near it.

Easy tonuse, for my aunt and uncle, so theu dont have to use 6 different controllers, they caught on quick and love it. For the price, can't beat it.

Windows app recognizes the model numbers of my Directv DVR and Samsung HDTV. Once configured the remote works great! Its keys have better feel. And it is much more responsive than the Directv remote.

Does was it says it does at 25% of the higher priced harmony remotes, if you don't need your lights shut off to watch a movie, this is the perfect remote for you.

This is my 3rd one they work great bought this one for my mom and programed it to control her SmartTV, home theater system and satellite receiver. One button to turn all devices on/off.

Not a big fan of the universal remote. This is my second one and not always functioning correctly!

Third one I own. Works great but after a few years the buttons have a hard time working. Logitech indicated to me they no longer make them.

Remote is super easy to program..download app and just input all model no of your device..does not work with the roku stick nor the nividia shield..so i had to return it because that was my primary reason why i buy it..but its meant for more other devices like blu ray and apple tv and tv.. and cable otherwise it's doesnt work for every device..but it responses fast.

I've had the previous models of this device and found them to be reliable and easily learned.

This was replaced under warranty, the first Logitech mysteriously started powering a different cable-box in another room. The recommendation was to replace the Logitech, it resolved the issue.
