So far all is well with one small issue, we do not know how to clear an alert. Hitting "ok" does not do it.

Windows app recognizes the model numbers of my Directv DVR and Samsung HDTV. Once configured the remote works great! Its keys have better feel. And it is much more responsive than the Directv remote.

I hook up a lot of these remotes to for older people. They are simple and easy to use with multiple devices.

A little cumbersome to set up but was worth it to get all devices on 1 remote.

Best remote at this price-point. Works with everything, only reason not to get it is if you have more devices than this accommodates.

Not a big fan of the universal remote. This is my second one and not always functioning correctly!

This was replaced under warranty, the first Logitech mysteriously started powering a different cable-box in another room. The recommendation was to replace the Logitech, it resolved the issue.

Remote is super easy to program..download app and just input all model no of your device..does not work with the roku stick nor the nividia shield..so i had to return it because that was my primary reason why i buy it..but its meant for more other devices like blu ray and apple tv and tv.. and cable otherwise it's doesnt work for every device..but it responses fast.

My husband and I love the Harmony! So easy to set up all your devices and only have to use one remote! We HIGHLY recommend the Harmony and other Logitech products.

It's a good universal remote that connects all your devices to one remote. However, you constantly need to select which device you want to use and press too many buttons. We've had for a while now and still have not gotten used to it. Though, if you're constantly losing all your tiny remotes. This is great big and bulky.

This was a replacement for an older unit that worked great for about 8 years. Programming is relatively easy and we like only having one remote for everything.

The universal remote works well, is easy to operate, and a good value for the money. I recommend it.

It's a fantastic remote. Works well. Great range. Only real issue is you have to use the Harmony software to program the remote. Which is kinda outdated if you ask me. But as it is, Great remote.
