This remote is efficient & easy to use. It was also easy to learn the various functions of this remote & how to apply them in a variety of situations.

I liked it so much I bought a second remote for the TV in my study. Program on line to save settings. App can handle more than 1 remote. Easy to add, delete and change components and settings.

Easy to set up but a little confusing to use at first.

This is the 2nd one that I have puchased, first one still works, bought a new house and updated to newer version. No complaints here, easy to program, and controls all of my electronics!!

It came "free" with our LG Blu-ray player, I didn't think much about it until our magic remote started acting up so we set this up and it's actually really nice!!!

Easy to setup and find devices. Every once in a while it needs to be resynced.

Easy to program. Replacing an older remote Logitech 650 that the kids broke Logitech makes it easy to add the remote and then reconfig the new remote from the old remote config

Makes using my theater room much easier, everything works off of this one remote. Set up requires the use of a computer however, and could have been easier.

Works well. May need some fiddling in the software. Remember this model is IR only, so won't work with equipment behind cabinet door or behind other equipment.

This universal remote is easy to use and programmed to run the tv as well as the sound system. One remote instead of 4 of them.

Haven't tried to set up the fire stick on it yet, but it got rid of 2 remotes we used to watch Directtv through the AVR. Simple to use and prompts allow you to easily fix errors.

Works great! Took a long time for a non - technical type like myself to set up. But I eventually did it, and now it is easy to use and easy to tweak.

Wasn't expecting much from a universal remote, but this one blew me away! Does everything you would need a remote to do.controls my Netflix down to all my smart apps on my Sony t.v .

The remote works great. It controls up to 8 devices even older units. We have a home theater and use it on our TV, receiver, and LaserDisc player...yes LaserDisc player.
