It is very easy to set up and shows what is available and how to use it...

This remote is the best. Once programed, one button to push turns on whatever I want to do, listen to music, watch TV, watch a cd or go to smart TV. Excellent device.

Harmony 665 is a delight and reasonably priced. We're glad we updated and wished we'd done it sooner. It's easier to use and has new features. It's worth the money. Support is also excellent.

This was the smartest purchase I have done. None of the remotes (including the ATT Uverse remote) would not control my Pioneer surround sound receiver, this one does! Now i have one remote for my living room.

Follow the instructions and it's very easy to setup. I ended up buying two - one for the bedroom, one for the theater room. Very pleased and functioning better than expected.

I can't believe Logitech has stopped making these remotes. Horrible decision on their part. We have multiple in our house and use them every day. :(

The setup was extremely easy. The software allowed me to download my settings from the previous Harmony remote. It works great!

This is a cheap solution when you need to get rid of some remotes. Works on all my major components. Its kind of flakey when using it on the newest Xfinity box.

Before I purchased this universal remote from Best Buy, I using a total of five different remotes. Not only did I have the 5 remotes, they had to be used in a certain sequence to work. So much easier now.

Very happy with how this remote has worked so far. Make sure you have the model numbers for all devices before you try to program the remote but software makes it easy to customize all the buttons.

Thought that this would help me consolidate having to use 3 different remotes for FiOS, soundbar and TV. As it turns out, a call to technical support was needed for the initial configuration and after that it seems to not understand that the TV is part of the "power on" sequence. As the title says you get what you pay for.

The harmony remote works well although there is a bit of a learning curve since it has to be set up via computer app and it can be a bit confusing to follow the directions. Once you get it set up it works well but sometimes the screen on the remote can be confusing if you push the wrong button at the wrong time.

We have been using the Logitech Remote since they we first introduced and just love them. It makes operating the entertainment system effortless! Easy to program and easy to use!

After purchasing this Universal Remote, I found it easy to program: easy to use. Anyone who has difficulties using a remote will not have a problem with this remote. I highly recommend it.

I have purchased many universal remotes over the years and this is by far the best! It controls everything in my home entertainment setup, with the exception of my PS4.

I gave this 3 stars rather than more because it is too complicated for me to use. That is more against me than to the remote. I am sure that it does very well for someone who wants to take the time to learn how to use it better but I just don't want to spend the time.
