I have had Harmony remotes for the past 12 years and they are really good to use. I highly recommend one, especially if you only want to deal with one remote to control all of your devices.

The remote replaced our old one. It works great. We are really happy with this remote and purchased a second one and are also pleased with this second one.

The Harmony 665 is a great remote to bring all of your devices under control with just one remote. Easy to configure and use, I highly recommend this to eliminate all of the remotes you have.

The way the remote is set up is neat, but setting it up is frustrating. The initial set up was mostly painless, but then I decided to move it from one room to another with different equipment. I had to pull the batteries, and try to apply the changes twice before the new equipment settings actually took. Very frustrating.

The Harmony 665 10 is so much user friendly. The Harmony was a nightmare to reprogram and had a cradle that it sat-in for charging.

It's likely operator error, but I was told the setup was extremely simple and I just needed to follow the prompts. It still isn't recognizing all of my devices, so it isn't working properly. I'm going to have to contact the Geek Squad . . . Unable to give a complete review at this time.

This is the second remote I have ordered and simply love them. The item is so easy to use and I am not tech savvy. I highly recommend this remote and would definitely order again!!!!

It is a nice concept, but someone set the remote up for me and it is more complicated to use than I would like. I would much appreciate having a Users Guide to refer to, but apparently this is not an option. I will be speaking with a technician on Monday and hopefully that will help.

My first one still working at 15 year mark. Got extra one for dueling remotes with wife. Easy set up, easy to revise (it outlasts tv, etc). Database seems to include everything.

Pretty much your last resort, since the Harmony Hub may not be supported after 2022. Easy interface even for newbies. Highly reccomend!

Bought in US to ship to friend in Canada as they are not available there. Our friend just loves this remote. Easy setup and easy to operate.

I bought this to replace the previous model that had a few buttons which wore out after years of use. I have many versions over the last 15 years and all have been good.

Got this remote for free when I purchased my 4k dvd player. Seems to work fine. No issues.

Works great. Even when I can't figure out what button to press, it walks me through it on the screen when I press help!

I found the set up to easier than other universal remotes. Had trouble with the Time Warner box

Very buggy, similar to the Harmony 650 it replaced. Still doesn’t properly turn on components for Apple TV. Initially, Apple TV, sound bar and Sony TV all turn on as needed, then the Sony TV inexplicably turns off. The old 650 started doing this same thing too, about 2 years after working perfectly. I thought this 665 replacement would correct that. It didn’t. Thank God for the “Help” button; I use it a lot. Now Harmony has announced they’re finished making any more smart remotes at all. I only bought it because I couldn’t find a single remote that could control my Sony TV, Apple TV, and sound bar volume control using only a single device without first pressing a separate “function” button. This was the only one. It shouldn’t be that difficult. I don’t get it.

Love the ease of use, sad to see that it wont be manufactured anymore. Keeping fingers crossed logitech keeps the database operational

The remote works great, if set-up was clearer this would have been 5 stars.
