This remote is a good fit for our guest room. It works well with a home theater set up.

I already use the Harmony 650 model so I am very familiar with the product features. The new model navigates the same and has the features I was expecting. No learning curve and works great!!

I was tired of the kids always losing one of our three remotes we needed to watch tv, so I bought this universal remote. Set up was easy. Works like a charm!

Took geek squad to program but the remote works great. Does have a bit of a delay.

Rather challenging to program and it sometimes gets "confused" in daily use. Very disappointed that I was deceived into thinking the display is color, since all pictures show it that way and they even have a colored picture taped on the screen when you unpack it, but it's just B&W!!

I read some of the other reviews and decided to get this one. It has worked well. I does take a bit to set up, but you will like it when its done.

I've been a longtime user of the Harmony series remotes. Our old one (circa 2008) finally bit the dust. I'm confident we'll get another 12 years out of this new one!

A real time saver for those who are technologically challenged and don't want to navigate 3 or 4 different remote controls to switch between TV entertainment media.

The Logitech Harmony is what we needed to control all of our video and sound devices (TV, Stereo, DVD). Great product.

Able to combine and control all my home theater with one remote - did have to get Geek Squad to set up but a more tech savvy person can do the set up with the app

This was a replacement for a Logitech that was five years old (grandkids used the old one as a hammer). Software update was a breeze...product works great. Would buy again

Have used Logitech remotes for years. love the functionality. This replaces my last one that finally gave out after years of use and abuse being dropped many times.

Having this remote makes things so much simpler. Having 4 HDMI hooked up, looking for correct remote, ugh. No more. Everything works great. The PS4 Pro doesn’t work with, but all others work great!

After having this remote we are no more required multiple remotes. This one simple remote works very well and friendly use and makes life easy.

bought this remote after the one that came with my cable box was destroyed from leaking batteries. I was able to consolidate 3 remotes into this one and it operates seamlessly.

PICKED THIS UP TO REPLACE MY OLD ONE. WHEN THE PROGRAMING BEGAN, IT WAS DIFFECTIVE! ORDERED A NEW ONE AND WILL TRY AGAIN!!! WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD LUCK WITH HARMONY ELITES

It had to be programed by the Geek Squad, but seems to be working well.

We love this remote and have three of them now. Seemlessly incorporates multiple devices into one sequenced function. Very simple to program and use.
