    Great remote very easy to program, and best bang for the buck. Sad part is Logitech will no longer be doing their remotes, bummer!

    The remote for our receiver won't work any longer and this remote was recommended by a Best Buy associate. Now we can control our receiver and other products with one remote.

    Previous harmony remote I had for 7 years broke. Number of buttons stopped responding. This remote was on sale and curbside pickup made it easy to purchase.

    I am used to the system where you pick a make from a list and enter codes. This is simple. This remote as for the actual model numbers. My TV and everything else is set up. Finding the model numbers on the backs or bottoms of the devices is not easy..honestly I started to do this and got frustrated. I have not used the remote.

    Very easy to program and even easier to use. the setup took me about 15 minutes for 3 devices. Very streamlined programming process. I would definitively recommend.

    This is my 4th Harmony remote. I use then on all my TV's throughout my home. Keeps things simple for my family, everything is the same across all the different brands and set-ups.

    This had always been my go-to remote to get a simple system up and working. Shane they appear to be discontinuing it. With Harmony support, you can't go wrong!

    This remote controls my TV, receiver, amplifier, DVD, and DirecTV, and it has a built-in rechargeable battery. No more dying batteries or defective remotes due to battery leakage.

    Best consolation you can do. No more searchind and swapping the 4,5 plus remotes and the few functions for one need simplified.

    My first Harmony was an EZ ZAPPER, 4 Button remote. I have had several over the last 16 years or so. Easy to program, the help button is the bomb. Older person problem solver.

    The remote works great, but unfortunately does not allow for a delay between device powering on and input selection. My TV, cable box, and Blu-ray player will compete for my receivers input over CEC, so a delay in input selection would allow me to not have to manually select an input after the control battle is over.

    Our old TV remote had issues so I picked up this relatively cheap Logitech and had in set up for tv and receiver in no time. Software is very easy to use.
