    Life was difficult using several remotes. HEATHER, a geek squad employee, programmed my devices to control everything from one unit...Life is so much better and easier!!!!

    This is the first "Unviersal" remote I've bought that actually works with all of my devices. Takes a bit to setup, but then you never have to worry about extra remotes again!

    I got this product for free with the purchase of a UHD Blu-Ray player. This remote is very smart. The user interface is pretty easy to understand. Very good remote.

    I've had this for some time. Batteries last longer than expected, and just makes the process of controlling your home theater much easier. Highly recommended.

    Love the idea of all on with one remote , but all devices don't always turn on and off. Must use the help button a lot. The help button is VERY helpful and easy to use, but it takes extra time with turning on and shutting down. I would recommend it though

    Comfortable in hand easy to program. For the price not bad in logitech harmony lineup. Just battery life is not so great for 2 double AA.

    We have three of these remotes. This new one is for our movie theater room. It controls everything for us The first two we have are several years old. They still work great.
