I would say this was a 5 star if it had more customizable features.

I love this remote. I no longer have to sort through countless remotes to enjoy my home theater; I just reach for this bad boy! REVOLUTIONIZED MY LIFE!!

This my third logitech 650 remote it is repacing another one i have < well, used for three years. controls a samsung TV, Samsung Amp, LG blueray ans an older model sony VCR

This remote has worked well with my xbox, apple tv, sony soundbar and samsung tv. It's fairly easy to program and haven't had any issues in the 1+ year I've used.

Works with any product you may have. I loaded all my devices from their site. There is nothing you can't find. Works great.

It is a little prices but over all a nice remote, Easy to setup with your laptop, This is my third one of these remotes

I bought this remote to replace my older Harmony 650. Downloaded the settings from the old remote to the new one and was working in minutes!

Got this as my 10 year old Samsung LCD TV remote was not working. It works like a charm with my TV now. Set up is a little time consuming but worth the effort.

A bit of learning curve setting up and using . Works as intended and nice to have just one remote for TV, sound bar , DVD and cable box

easy to program.most of the time it works great. but sometimes it needs a reboot.

We have a few older devices mixed with a new main amp and were a bit concerned if they would all work together with this remote. Easy set up, and everything works.

The best universal remote that is still simple. There are nicer ones but they are over complicated if you have an ordinary AV setup.

Have some difficulty pushing the buttons with big hands and arthritis

It works. It functions. I gets 3 stars for that. I've programmed a few preset activities, but most of the time all the programmed functions don't work. For example, I've programmed my TV to turn onto the Roku input, along with the soundbar to the TV setting. It might turn on the TV & soundbar, and turn it to Roku input, but not to the TV setting for the soundbar. There's a "help" function on the remote that takes you through a troubleshooting wizard, but it's really annoying to do every time. It would be nice if it somehow could learn from what you do with the help function. Would not buy again.

I received this a free gift with my LG UHD player. The remote works great.

The remote cannot turn off apple tv, which is my main source of entertainment. Every time I turn off the Apple Tv, I had to wait 15 minutes until the apple tv goes to sleep by its own. I researched and tried many options but did not work. So I returned the remote. It worked seamlessly with all other devices.

Ease of use once geek squad programmed the remote. I love it I had 4 remotes before and sti didn’t work right.
