It is very easy to program and works consistently. You need to point the remote at IR reader until all the commands are finished.

I like this universal remote. It works with everything I tried it on and is a good replacement to minimize having multiple remotes on your desk or table.

I've been using logitech remotes for years. They always work great. I just wear the cover off the buttons using them so much.

Easy to set up. Using it with my LG television and Fios box. I might buy one as a Christmas present from my stepfather

This is my third Logitech remote. Having to replace them was no fault of logitech. The last one actually went in the washing machine. And still worked. For awhile.

Lots of Universal remotes to chose from. This was recommended by Best Buy sales person and we are very pleased with it.

Returned it after a few hours. I bought with hopes that I could truly replace four remotes. Setup was fairly easy, however the overall experience was poor and there were just too many things that just didn't work properly. I use a Vizio TV with an Apple TV and Yamaha receiver. For TV service, I have TVision on the Apple TV. I also have an Xfinity Flex device. I also have a PS4, but it is not supported by this remote. Apple TV; The defaults were mapped to odd locations (i.e. the Menu button would pause, as would the OK button) so those all had to be remapped. These buttons would revert controlling the TV after a period of time and I would have to re-select the Apple TV to control it. Vizio TV; It would not fully control the TV functions even though it is a supported device. There was no option to open the Vizio Home menu where applications are accessed. Yamaha receiver; The volume controls were the next challenge as they had to be manually mapped even though my receiver model was supported. Additionally, even though I told the setup program that my receiver was the volume control device for each activity, I still had to find and select the receiver in the LCD screen for it to actually respond. Final straw here was that if you pressed the volume up button, it would take the volume to max on the receiver. Once I got everything programmed and mapped, I found it cumbersome to use. When attempting to use and activity (such as "Watch TV" it would go into a loop on the display of wanting to know what devices were on, which were off and at the end it rarely succeeded it getting everything aligned properly. At one point, when attempting to use the Listen to Music activity it started asking if my PS4 was on and got stuck with that question, even though the PS4 is not a supported device and was not part of the Listen to Music activity setup. I did figure out that you could use the LCD screen to select your different devices, and then scroll through the menus to find most of the control functions. This effectively creates a 1.5 by 1.5 inch remote control for each device. I found this to be more challenging that helpful. Overall, I did not find this device to be an improvement over having various remote controls.

The Logitech - Harmony 665 enables us to use one click to turn on all our devices. Very pleased with this purchase.

This thing has it all and it works flawlessly with all my electronics. Nice having a single remote for almost everything.

I purchased this as a gift. With that I can’t give an in hands review. The recover has been very happy with it and loves the ease of one remote over 6!

Very programmable once you get used to the interface. It's a shame they're discontinuing these.

Pressing 1 button an the TV & Surround sound come on. Press another button and now the TV is off and the Vs player is playing thru the surround system.
