    has never let me down. The Harmony desktop software can be clunky at times, but once you program a few devices, you will be good to go.

    The software makes setup super easy. You can set it up to use one button to turn on the movie equipment.

    We use Harmony remotes for all of all TVs. They are easy to set up and work great. This one is no exception.

    I have had nothing but problems with these 665 remotes. After resyncing one remote twice, it still doesn't work consistently. The other new 665 remote doesn't properly control the tuner in a 5 year old Yamaha receiver. Seriously. . . . a tuner function doesn't work. I told Logitech of thes problems through its feedback link when I resync the devices. But the company never responds. Don't waste your money or time on the 665 remotes. Ten years ago, this was a great remote. Now, it doesn't hold its memory, Another new 665 remote doesn't work with an older Yamaho receiver that the old 650 remote worked fine with. Logitech clearly doesn't want to support this 665 technology, preferring that you spend twice as much on its higher priced remotes.

    This is much easier to use than our previous Harmony remote. Touch screens are too touchy. We like the buttons better.

    We hated having to use two and sometimes 3 remotes. Our harmony remote makes us very happy tv viewers.

    Help button wore out on our old Logitech because we had to use it everytime we turned on our TV due to the Polk sound system will not turn on and the Logitech is not capable of syncing with it???

    For the price the remote is as good as any other universal remote I’ve been able to find. Easy to setup and use. Only issue is that I have to use the “help” feature fairly frequently as the preset controls don’t always work.
