    I read a lot of good reviews so I tried this remote. Unfortunately, I have to use the "Help" key to get it to respond as is was programmed, multiple times a day. I will have to contact Logitech support

    Works well to control multiple functions (Smart TV), Denon receiver). One problem: if it is deropped reverts to programming mode so you have to go through a chain of commands to get it to work.

    I returned this item because it appeared to be a handful to set up, and I wasn't going to get much benefit from it. Smart TV's make universal 'motes almost unnecessary
