    I got a defective piece but that's an one off purchase. Other than that, the product itself looks good and works well. But it's only for IR devices. So if you have a Roku streaming stick that has no IR, then this won't work for you.

    I find this version is cheaply made compared to my old 650. The battery slot has loose connections l, which luckily I was able to fix but the overall build quality seems lacking in comparison

    i have this controlling several components. even my ps4. but it is difficult to use with apps that come preloaded on smart tvs. fair price for the usability. easy to setup and holds programming well. i would advise putting a skin on it.

    You have to set the remote online after you create a harmony account. It's super easy to program up to 7 devices
