    Good universal remote . Do get warranty as they wear out in 11 months. Call Harmony to walk you through set up

    This remote is different but a good remote. You can program your TV and cable box etc...to this remote

    I don’t particularly care for this remote. I have the Harmony Elite 1 and the store said this was in the same level and basically had the same features and it doesn’t! The 3rd party techs that BB sent out to set up my new Sony 85 inch didn’t know what they were doing and neither did the first geek squad members who came back out and screwed up my elite remote and it would not work properly after they payed haves in it. BB gave me this remote in place of the one that their Geeks screwed up but it is not comparable at all!!

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Harmony 665 remote. I'm sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with your purchase and install. The 665 is definitely NOT the same as the Elite remote. The 950 is the same remote as the Elite (just without the home hub). Please contact your Best Buy store and Geek Squad manager for a resolution about the install.
