    Nice feel to the remote but on/off for my tv is slow and doesn’t work sometimes. I think they tried to get this remote to do to much out of 1 device and it makes it klunky. It is useable but not user friendly.

    Senior who had a 12 yr old Harmony that could not be upgraded when I updated my DIRECTV receiver. When purchased the ^^%, difficult for me to learn how to use it accurately. Still learning by trial and error.
