    Disappointed but not surprised. I have had $300 Logitech Harmony remote before and it was great. I should have realized the cheaper 665 would not provide the same quality. Although easy to program, the programming does not execute the commands as programmed. I have tried wiping and starting over but still cannot achieve the desired results. I am merely trying to operate one media system with a brand new Sony TV, DVR unit and sound system. It never brings the TV up into the right input mode.

    Pretty expensive for a remote. The screen on it is really nice though. I bought it to use on a Le Eco TV and it wasnt fully compatible. It also took an hour to set up.

    Was able to get rid of 4 remotes. This controls everything except for the Roku. Easy to program.

    Great remote. I think it is a bit pricey. I spent all of this money and it sits in a drawer because family could not figure out how to use it without me.
