    I returned one for another that had the exact same issue as my first one developed . All of a sudden it just keeps shutting off and turning back on again, over and over again. The batteries were fresh Duracell's. Too bad I was past the return date on this one! So being home 99% of the time and TV being very important now-a-days especially, I decided to bite the bullet and get the Harmony Companion and I'm very glad I did. That's a good one. Avoid this model and spend the extra for the Companion. Sooooo much better in every way!

      Hello and thank you for your insightful review of the Harmony 665. Truly sorry about the issues you had with it turning off and on, glad that you upgraded to the Companion. Regarding the last 665 that you got and is now past the return date, Logitech has a limited 2-year hardware warranty that you can take advantage of. All you need to do is go to Logitech's support website: www.logitech.com/support or you can call this toll free help number 1-866-601-5644. Hope this was helpful. - Richard from Logitech

    Mostly works as expected. Best Buy rep said it would control Amazon fire stick, it doesn't. Apparently you need a Harmony hub for that. But it works to control the 3 tvs in den area eliminating multiple remote.
