    Every time it gets hit on something, hard or not, you have to reset it. Goes through batteries too quickly too.

    Bought this for my husband as he was challenged with the Apple TV remote. It took a long time with tech assistance to get operational. Husband became frustrated with it & we went back to Apple TV.
