    It's called 10 device universal. Although my Samsung Sound Bar is listed and it is capable of turning it on and off, there are many other settings to the sound bar that it cannot access. My Philips smart TV is a listed device also and this controller is not capable of using all the functionality of the TV. I've thrown away the packaging or else I would return it. This is of course an Logitec issue not Best Buy. And I have many Logitech devices which work. Just not this one

    I read a number of reviews for this remove before I decided to purchase. I wish I had listened to some of the reviews I read. This remote doesn't work well with my LG 65" TB. I programmed per the instructions and worked great for one day then I constantly had to hit the help to reset. I asked my son-in-law to take a look at it because he purchased on but different model. He reprogrammed for me and again worked for one day and then started the same thing; going to wrong channels, press the movie button and wouldn't work half the time. So I threw it in the draw along with other electronics that I don't use any longer and went back to my old remote and have learned to use the Apple remote for movies. I would take it back but after it was working, I threw the box away. I will not throw a box aways again for 30 days.
