    It doesn't turn everything on , tech service very questionable, doesn't have very CLEAR solutions....all an all we are still having to use MULTIPLE REMOTES!!!!!!!!

    This is my 3rd Harmony remote and my 2nd 665 model. The setup was much more difficult this time but I was eventually able to copy my settings to the new remote. Everything worked fine except the channel up/down button doesn't work for my cable box. It works fine for my TV. I can manually enter the channel I want without problem. I'm frustrated that I am not getting a fully functional remote and I'm already looking for a replacement.

      Hello samhudson07. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Harmony 665 remote. I'm sorry to hear that the remote is giving you some issues this time around. When copying your old remote settings over to the new one, did you use the "import previous remote" feature on the set up software or did you manually set it up to be the same as the old remote? Something may have just transferred incorrectly, so I would recommend plugging the remote into the computer again and resyncing the settings.     You need direct line of site which the sales person said we didnt so that was a huge negative. It works fine with our sound bar, tv, blue-ray player and direct tv receiver.
