    I like that the remote works all of my devices but sometimes it does not turn on my basic ones. Several times I have had to ask for help to turn on my sound bar or TV.

    A little challenging to program at first but actually great for turning everything on. Used it to replace the cable remote that was old and not programming the TV to it.

    lots of issues with this unit. it keeps going to assistant mode , takes forever to connect back to control the TV and receiver and many times have to shut it off multiple times to have it reconnect. I am told that I should have bought the more expensive one which is pretty poor excuse as this is not doing basic deliverable's the unit was/is supposed to do.
