    A little difficult to program but worked as advertised. Until, it was dropped by my grandson. It did not survive the 2 foot drop.

    My concern with this device is that it requires pointing directly at devices AND you need to be within close proximity. Too far away and it doesn't work.

    I bought three identical remotes because I wanted to control my new TV from two different recliners and a computer work station where I often sit while watching TV. One remote may work fine, but I couldn't get the three to work at all on the same TV and I just wanted basic functions, no real programing. They are in a junk drawer now and have been replaced with $10 universal remotes that do everything the original Samsung remote does.
