Nothing but frustration from the start: 1) Harmony software won't run on WIN10 laptop - eventually had to configure the software as if it was running on WIN8...really? 2) Now the remote won't synch with the laptop, even after resetting the remote and reboot laptop. 3) Anytime you go near it the remote wants to run the assistant tutorial - yeah, I'd like to turn it off, but cannot without synching - see 2. The remote has huge potential as I want to combine 3 remotes...but it's an utter failure. If Logitech are no longer supporting this device then please let the world know, so we can buy accordingly. Do not buy - utter garbage.

Setup is decent but lacks proper features. Would look for a more customizable option.

Overall, this is a good product. We have experienced some recurring issues. I'd suggest buying an upgraded alternative.

Though this remote allows you the convenience of operating multiple devices, there are too many steps to operate just the TV.

I have numerous device to control. This is hard to setup and did not control many of my remotes.

Best Buy is the worse. Never will I ever purchase from this store again. I ordered the device as it offered same day delivery from the store. U know that did not happen when I called Best Buy, don’t expect to ever be able to contact a store directly cause all calls are routed to an offshore call center. The call center knows nothing and will do absolutely nothing. It is a complete waste of time. The package finally arrived days late. I was about to cancel and it got literally dropped on my doorstep before I cancelled. I worked with the product for about a week trying to get it to work. It was a total piece of junk that did not work. I sent it back and it’s been about 4 weeks and no refund. Call the call center and guess what. They don’t know and told me to be patient. I am now force to submit a dispute to my credit card company.

Really difficult to pair when a Comcast cable box is involved! I gave up and I'm a techie!

This was a gift. It requires technical coordination through the computer and we haven't had a chance to do so yet.

Overall pretty solid but you have to make sure to hold the power button long enough to turn on or off everthing

Do your homework not the easiest thing to program. But it did work as advertised after some issues

Programming instructions are not simple. The on button does not always switch on all the devices it is suppose to turn on.

I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to compliment their spouses remote. The thing gets confused too easy and it is time consuming and difficult to get it back to its basic settings. I don't use this anymore. I will spend more time to program it to see if I can get it to work in concert with another remote.

Not impressed, especially when compared to my Harmony One remote so I returned it.

Could not get the unit to work. Call support center at Logitech

I had issues with this device almost from the start. After programming it to work with my Roku TV, AT&T Uverse set-top box, TCL soundbar, etc., powering up the devices using the "activity" feature, the remote would freeze, reboot, reboot and freeze. I finally went through my own troubleshooting steps (Logitech is not the company it once was and is next to worthless for support) and it was fine as long as fresh batteries were installed. Started acting up again, put brand new Duracell batteries in it and one day later, it is as dead as the parrot in the Monty Python sketch. It will likely take weeks for Logitech to get back to me. Do not waste your money on this device. I shudder to think how angry I would be if I purchased one of the higher end Logitech Harmony devices.

Instructions say 45 minute setup but it was more like 2 hours and 45 minutes. Only good thing about it it that there is a self diagnostic Help button. It’s a good thing because I have to use it everyday to get everything turned on and working. It will operate Apple TV at times anyway.

Thought maybe I could solve all my different remote problems and could use with Apple TV DINot work

I purchased this so I could control my 1-year old Samsung TV and connected audio receiver/home theatre system. I was able to do that with this remote, but it's very outdated (software looks to be at least a decade old), gigantic, has tons of buttons I would never use, and it not intuitive when working with streaming apps. Also, Logitech has discontinued the products of universal remotes, and I was not able to get any assistance from them. I returned the Harmony and picked up a Google Chromecast + remote for less than 1/2 of what the Harmony costs. I was reluctant to do this as I already had a functioning smart TV. However, the Chromecast streaming service is far superior to what you'll get with any TV. The remote is awesome--small, easy to use, no unneeded button, and has an excellent voice command feature.

Lots of features but not easy to use. When it works it is works good.

Good remote but does not reach far really annoying. Sways have to come closer for it to work
